Front desk ladies have always been friendly. Have never had much of a wait. Haley has always been our DH and we absolutely enjoy having her!! My 6 yo (we’ve been going for about 2 years) has NEVER had an issue with being seen … Haley and Dr. Vinton make it very comfortable and fun for her! So thankful we decided to make the switch to Soothing Dental and makes it easy to have the whole family with one dentist.

I love everything about Dr. Vinton's practice, from all of the girls to the Dr. himself. I have NEVER liked going to the dentist, but I don't mind going here! They care for their patients and Dr. Vinton gives you options if you have dental issues. Everyone in the office is great. The name "Soothing Dental" says it all!

It’s always a great experience here. They take you back basically as soon as you get in So there’s really never a wait. This place has been my favorite dentist experience by far, ever. The hygienist Haylee really does an amazing job and the dentist is a really great guy. I’m glad we found this place.

New to the area and was looking for a reliable dentist office with great customer service which is hard to find these days. I made the appt over a month out for a Monday and of course 4 days before the appt they call and cancel the appt. We waited a month to be seen then they cancel last minute stating we could reschedule for a later date. Really!? So clearly this office is not reliable, has ZERO customer service and no regard for peoples time. My husband took time off to go to this new dentist. There's nothing "SOOTHING" about this office and DO NOT recommend if your looking for reliability! Like

We love Soothing Dental! They are all so professional and friendly. My daughter chipped her tooth and was very worried about getting it repaired. Everyone made her feel at ease and comfortable. John Vinton is NOT the man to simply do your 6 month cleaning or even fill a cavity. The name of this business is called "Soothing Dental," however our experience here on 8/4/2020 was anything but "soothing." My 14 year old sister was scheduled to get 4 cavities filled and came out of the building Bawling with 0 cavities filled. In fact within the 35 minutes that she was in the building the only thing that was completed was the application of numbing gel. In which wasn't even done by Vinton. My sister was inside the room alone as with COVID only one person is allowed in

I love my dentist! Dr. Vinton and everyone at Soothing Dental are awesome. I have had a pleasant experience every time I've been there. Cleanings are quick and easy. I recently had to call to get a filling replaced and got in the same day. Unfortunately I have to get a crown soon. They make them on site, so I won't have to deal with a temporary crown and an extra visit. I was even happily surprised by the cost estimate.

Finally, a dentist that doesn't over-treat or push services on you! I drive about 40 min to come here but it is so worth it. The staff is always friendly and I never have to wait more than 5 min to be seen. The dentist is very honest and willing to answer any questions. Everyone is super chill and honestly, they make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Crazy, right?

Each time I have been here the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I’ve never waited, they’ve always been ready to take me straight back. The assistants are very sweet and the doctor explains everything thoroughly. They never try to sell me extra services which is refreshing. Their equipment is modern and high tech. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I moved here in 2016 and there are some vital services a newbie needs - a Dr, a stylist, and a dentist. Soothing Dental's team is wonderful. They care about the patient as a whole. They ask about my general health, not just my gums/teeth. They know that certain medical conditions, medications, etc., can impact your gum health and they look for signs so you can be proactive. They care about YOU, and that matters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of professionals!!!

We are new to Texas and I took a chance on Soothing Dental but was more than pleasantly surprised! I had many places to choose from but decided on SD because it looked like they would have all the new technology that I was hoping for and they do! If you are scared to go to the dentist , soothing dentist is your place to go !! dr. Vinton is extremely gentle and his personality just helps you to almost forget where you at !! he and his staff are very friendly and explain everything !! the place is very clean and I had the feeling I matter and they really care, listen to your fears and they understand ! dr. Got work done in 2016 I was pregnant at the time so the crown I was supposed to get after my root canal never happened. they were awesome enough to let me do payment plans which I was so grateful for but when I… went back to get the crown after I had my kid they told me the tooth was worse off and I’d need to get it removed at an additional cost, even though he told me verbally he wouldn’t charge me since it was his decision to try to save the tooth... I declined because well I wasn’t happy with him going back on his word. Fast forward to now. The tooth has been nothing

Soothing Dental provides the full experience, it could not be better named. The atmosphere is very calming and the facility is impeccably clean. They even have a refreshment lounge. Dr. Vinton and his staff treat their patients with kindness, patience and understanding during each visit. Dr. Vinton put my worries to rest, never suggesting I do unnecessary procedures. This place will make you want to go to the dentist. I have never been so comfortable in getting my teeth cleaned getting X-rays! You are greeted by the receptionist who is so sweet and friendly. I'm not stopping with the amazing staff. Just wait till you meet Dr. Vinton. He goes by John he is amazing and is very realistic about treatment planning! The dental office has state of the art dental equipment that is catered to the patient needs. As I was getting my x rays the gal hand a hand held camera like wow!!! So it was like minutes. Then there was another hand held camera that took clear pictures

Went for my first appointment at Soothing Dental after an insurance referral and was beyond impressed. The staff was extremely friendly at the welcoming, state of the art office. Then Dr. Vinton walked me through real pictures of my teeth with full explanations which I appreciate. Before leaving I requested a quote with various treatment options and the corresponding payment plans and received it by email the same morning. Great experience!
