I was wholly unimpressed with 16 Bay View. I paid over $800 for a room for two nights that had a view of the dumpster. I chose this place so I could hang on the roof top deck or lounge in the Vintage room with a cocktail but both places were off limits because of a wedding. I was only informed of that days before I arrived otherwise I would have switched to another hotel. Not worth the extra cost.

We really want to give this place a shout out , we had reservations for 2 rooms so excited to be staying there when we had a family emergency, my father-in-law was taken to the hospital and not expected to live . They refunded our other room , we had to catch a very early flight the next morning and the bagged up some coffee cake and coffee for the road as we had to leave before the buffet opened. We made it home to say goodbye to him. We will make it back there to stay again under happier times . Thank you for your kindness

Had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, Camden did not disappoint. 16 Bay View is a beautiful property with the best location in town. I know the struggles that the service industry is experiencing with a lack of labor right now so I kept that in mind when writing this review. We had an Ocean View Suite on the 3rd Floor of the hotel, the room had a good layout and great outdoor space. For what we were paying, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were dirty bath towels under the bed, the rug was stained throughout the room and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned

16 Bay View was our wedding venue this past weekend and my husband and I are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. The hotel itself is unique and absolutely beautiful for pictures. Our suite was spacious and perfect for a wedding weekend, with a balcony with a great view of the harbor. From the time we first went to see 16 Bay View in December of 2020, throughout all of the wedding planning, until the day I checked out after our wedding, all of the staff were so helpful, responsive, and accommodating. As our wedding day came closer, Tracy had a backup location set up in the Curtis

I can’t say enough great things about 16 Bay View. The room was immaculate and the views were stunning. All of the furniture was incredibly comfortable, including the pull-out mattress in the living area (by far the most comfortable pull-out mattress I’ve ever slept on). Most importantly, the staff was top-notch. Everyone was helpful and kind. They even made a welcome sign for my cat. I especially enjoyed chatting with Susan at the front. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I can not complain about the rooms they are very nice and a great location near everything. However, I highly do not recommend getting a street side room, between the construction going on and the post office across the street don’t plan on sleeping past 5:00 am. The hotel could have at least warned you that there is street construction currently going on and I would have made sure to book a room on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was also not to impressive but there are a few breakfast spots up the street.
