The 5 star reviews are complete lies. The staff in every department is unprofessional and I find it had to believe that the people who work here are even qualified for the jobs that they have. I had nothing but problems from the very beginning from losing my paperwork stating that I received my TB shot to messed up paychecks. They never answer the phones in the morning. The earliest I can get through is 11:30am, but they supposedly open at 9am. They cheated me out of my birthday pay that they supposedly give you. Honestly they don't even get one star. When I say that from the receptionist moving on up to every department, I have never encountered so much disrespect and individuals who are so unprofessional. I strongly believe they all need to take some customer service classes and that it should be mandatory to take if they want to continue to have a job. They seem to just hire any one just so they can fill a position in their building. I have never written a review on any company, this is my first and sad to say that Sweet Homes really needs help with how to treat people, putting others first, being Honest

Don't use this company for home care. They owe hundreds of employees wages. I will be sending a bad report to the Better Business Bureau and writing a letter to the state for lost wages. Poor service, poor management and now we gotta suffer. Employees got families and Bill's to pay and they don't care.

Very unprofessional don't keep their evaluations up to date, lie and don't pay the home care workers. They said that I wasn't on their service since March which is a lie because my insurance company was and still is paying them. I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. They don't contact the support coordinator or insurance companies to find out if a consumer is still on their service, they take the money from the insurance companies and say that the consumer has not been with them instead of contacting the consumer, insurance companies or the consumer support coordinator. I haven't recieved a paycheck in 4 weeks. They keep giving me the run around and telling me it's the insurance and service coordinator. I spoke with the insurance company and the service coordinator multiple times and was told the info was in and it was sweet home not doing what they were supposed to. They also informed me that sweet home has changed their name over 5 times to avoid legal repercussions for fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be contacting a lawyer

I attempted to apply online for the administrative assistant position. The site just kept rerouting back to same page. I had previously emailed company asking about this and never got a response back. Decided to take initiative and call today to see how to apply since couldn't online. Lady told me they're not accepting applications online and to come in today before 3:30. Took 2 busses to get there to wait patiently for lady to finish her call.
