I worked with Shivani post childbirth to treat my diastis rectii after a C-section delivery. I am so grateful to her for listening and addressing my issues with the right exercises. Working with shivani I was able to get back my core strength back, I wanted a PT who could also help in c section scar message and shivani made sure to incorporate that. I would recommend elevate to every women post childbirth!!! The scar message and the exercises helped me get to my normal routine and exercises!

I originally thought physical therapy was a total crock. I thought I would do it because my doctor told me to and within a week or two, I would leave and do my own rehab.
I met Shivani & Manisha after I had shoulder surgery and went in very skeptical. I definitely thought I would not be able to use my shoulder for a long time and even then be restricted.
These ladies know their stuff! They are kind, understanding, very intelligent, skilled, and make the rehab experience fun. They adapt on the fly if you do something stupid in between sessions. They are flexible with scheduling.

I found Elevate via Google search - I was looking for a place close to home, and they had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did. I worked primarily with Shivani and she did a great job of explaining things to me and adjusting exercises based on my feedback and my long term goals. I felt like I could always tell her what was going on and she would help me work through it. When I started PT, I was barely able to walk due to lower back pain, and after 3 months I'm back working out and functioning like normal again! I would absolutely recommend both Shivani and Manisha

I came to Elevate due to years is grueling knee pain and inability to run anymore due to the pain. I had received treatments in the past but unfortunately nothing had worked. After one consultation with Manisha, she identified that it was a lower back issue. After following her treatment plan I can now run and do exercises I used to never be able to do. Thanks Manisha! I can run again thanks to you!

Manisha is amazing. She listens, gives individualized advice, and is also just a joy to hang out with for a couple hours each week. I experienced knee pain likely caused by running, and Manisha helped get me back to a place where I can run without pain. I am SO grateful and will absolutely be back if I experience issues again. The Elevate space is also very clean and I always feel comfortable going there.

Several months ago I started getting pretty bad neck pain. My doctor recommended Elevate PT and I must admit I was hesitant/skeptical to at first since I had never really done PT before and thought it was going to be a waste of time. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!!! Manisha did an amazing job listening to my symptoms, and then developing/assigning exercises to address them. It turns out I had terrible posture sitting at my desk when working from home, so between standing & using the lumbar support she recommended as well as her exercises, I'm happy to report I'm pain-free!

I went to Elevate thinking the next stop for me would be shoulder surgery. I've been through multiple rounds of PT with others but my shoulders were only getting worse. Manisha honed in on the exercises I needed and got me making progress. Now I'm getting better at all the things that I was losing ground with- push ups, planks, and swimming (including butterfly!). Thank you Manisha!

I went to Elevate Physical Therapy after my MD recommended I see someone who specialized in Mckenzie Therapy or MDT. I have had mid back pain for several years, and have recently developed neck pain on the same side. I was worried because pain, numbness, and tingling was going down into my arm and waking me up at night. At first, I went to someone nearer to my home who I found through my insurance. I was given exercises to do at home, but I didn’t really feel much change in the neck pain. Then someone recommended I go see someone at Elevate just for a second set of eyes. After the first session
