It was first appointment and meeting with Marie. I explained how I wanted a cooler tone to my single process and the highlighted part of my hair which has been very challenging for other colorist to acheive. She was able to deliver both and gave attention to me throughout the process! The cherry on top is her blow dry. Thank you Marie and Numi. See you soon:)

Rude customer service. I called to make an appointment for a Brazilian Blowout. I asked about pricing and the woman who picked up the phone told me pricing for the Keratin treatment. I said I was looking to get the Brazilian Blowout, not Keratin. She said we call it the same thing here. That came as a BIG RED FLAG. Keratin and Brazilian are two different processes. They are not the same thing. According to her, they are the same thing and she was also very rude. Not friendly at all.

Paid $350 for keratin treatment, only to end up with greasy/oily hair that has to be washed every 2 days (she told me to wash it only twice a week but that's impossible because my hair gets too greasy after this treatment) and a severe case of dandruff (it gets worse as the weeks go by, even after using sulfate-free shampoo) as a side effect of the treatment (not informed by hair stylist after a thorough inquiry, and I had done my own online research but it just didn't show on the websites that wrote about keratin). The woman insisted that my hair would be fine and easy to handle after the keratin

Best haircut I've ever had! Writing a long overdue review for Gabriel and his salon. I have always had thin hair and it was getting unruly after having a baby during the pandemic. Gabriel made me feel at ease and addressed all of my questions with professionalism. I've rarely gotten a haircut that I have been in love with but I was so happy with the work he did I told him it was the best haircut I've ever had. The salon also felt very clean and there was only ever two clients in the salon at the time.

I saw Reuben. I have fine white hair which he trimmed and styled as the color grew out. I went to him recently with a picture of Diane Sawyer’s and Helen Mirren’s similar haircuts, not sure if the cut would work on my fine bar. Happily, Reuben was able to give me the haircut I wanted. Nice style without much fuss. Highly recommend.

SO let me just say how Amazing my experience was as it was my first time here, the staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail as they performed the service I loved it. They made me feel comfortable and I walked out very happy with my hair definitely would go back. Although 1 hour later my hair was extremely frizzy and the flyaways were really noticeable. The blowout on my curly hair did not last long enough. Thank you to Suzette (Balayage), Gabrielle (cut and blowout) and B (wash) for an amazing visit.
