I've had great haircuts in Westchester, but couldn't find a salon that could provide what I was asking for - lots of layers and texture! Sigrid at Igor M Salon not only met my expectations, but EXCEEDED them. She took my inspo photos and created a reality from them. I truly appreciate her for taking her time to get the layers right and even providing product suggestions to help me style it similarly at home. You need to book Sigrid ASAP!
The salon is clean and the aesthetic is there. The prices are higher, but you walk away more than happy so it's worth it.

Loved it! I was able to schedule a same day appointment online, the service was punctual & staff was welcoming. Igor is personable & and did an amazing job - My hair went from one length to beautiful voluminous layers, he added the right touches. Salon atmosphere is beautiful & professional.

I am in White Plains visiting from Lake Tahoe for a couple of months. I was happy to be able to get an appointment with Igor for a much needed haircut. From the moment I walked into the salon to the moment I left I loved everything about it. The staff is welcoming and informative, the service was prompt and personal. This salon is incredible. I am always hesitant to try a new salon, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I saw Sigrid Marvel, and she did everything I asked, and more! She listened to exactly what I wanted, offered the perfect suggestions when I asked her opinion, and gave me the hairstyle and color I have always wanted. I will definitely be returning and telling everyone that needs a new stylist about this salon. It was clean, everyone was incredibly kind, and they clearly take pride in what they do.

So glad I happened upon this place! Got a great color job from Carine, and a fantastic cut from Igor, who suggested going shorter than I had planned -- and he was 100% right. I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut since my salon in the city closed down due to the pandemic, and Igor M is definitely the one!

I did color with Nikki and keratin with Igor. Both asked me questions to figure out exactly what I wanted. They were honest about their opinions without being pushy. The salon is beautiful and clean and nicely laid out (you don't feel like you're on top of anyone). They did a very nice job with my hair and they were so quick! The keratin was a little more expensive than what I was paying in the city but took half as long..the time savings was worth every dollar to me....overall i was really impressed and look forward to returning

Having gone to a variety of NYC salons for over 30 years, let me say this salon is exceptional. I have rarely encountered such a welcoming staff. The receptionist could not have been nicer. No attitude, just pleasant and helpful.
Sigrid corrected my color so professionally explaining everything about her process before she proceeded. She showed an artistic eye and a true understanding of her craft.
Hwa styled my hair with such a soft touch and an experienced eye. Beautifully done.

I decided to try Igor for a cut after reading his incredibly positive reviews online. Well, here I am writing another (well-deserved) one for him! Beautiful bright and clean salon with convenient parking next door, I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in. Igor knows hair. And my hair is not easy - it’s curly and temperamental! Igor listened to my concerns and we discussed options. I agreed with his recommendations and felt right from the get go that I was in good hands. My hair now falls beautifully around my face and is getting even better with every wash. Amazing cut that I am loving

Tried this salon from a friend's recommendation and safe to say I will never, ever come back.
I came in and asked for a trim plus face framing layers and my stylist took it upon itself to thin out my hair: he told me it "hung" at the bottom and that there was too much. I loved my beautiful thick hair but he told me to trust him and that it was going to look good. While he was cutting, I asked him if I was doing layers and he said no, then I asked him if he was thinning out my hair and he said no again -- even though he was and my hair is now half as thick as it was previously,

I am one of those people obsessed with my hair cut and color. I was an "I only trust to get my hair done in NYC" hair snob following my colorist around for 20 plus yrs wherever she went... till she went to Oregon. I took a chance based on the reviews and I am so so thankful I did. Nikki spent .."4" hours people "4" patient hrs lol on my covid roots to the floor/dread locky hair and when I was done I had exactly what I had hoped for the perfect blonde shade with definition! I started going to Igor for haircuts when he was in the city. Then he moved on and opened his own beautiful salon in White Plains. The space and ambiance are beautiful. Luckily that's only 15 mins from me. Igor has given me the best cuts - always gives me just enough layers & volume. He uses the best products to make your hair smell and feel great. He's also very respectful of not cutting too much off (for those of us who can't part with length). Igor and his staff are all a pleasure. Do yourself a favor and book a cut, color, blowout or better yet all of the above. Open now

This pretentious, sexist "business owner" overcharged and took advantage of my elderly grandmother. We looked on his website and compared the prices he has online to the receipt my grandmother was given and she was severely Upcharged. My grandma has very short hair to begin with so it should've been considered a mans hair cut... normally $95-135, he charged $135 (women's haircut) then a glaze which was $70 when it is normally $35-70 on the website. DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR TAKE AN ELDERLY LOVED ONE! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

My first time at Igor's M Salon and I really loved the atmosphere. The workers were friendly. Sigrid did and amazing job on my color and cut. She took the time to meet my needs. I could not be Happier with the resolves. My only negative comment is that The shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair that I purchased was a bit pricey. Overall great place, I'll be back.

Visited for the first time ever and was eager for a hair cut and color to recover from the messy hair I developed firing quarantine. The team was very mindful of social distancing regulations. Everyone wore masks and worked carefully.
Nikki did my color and it came out better than what i envisioned. The highlights were perfectly blended throughout. Nikki talked me through her entire process so nothing was ever a surprise, except that the final color was simply better than expected. Loved it.

Igor is THE best!!! He works miracles when it comes to hair. I honestly don't think there is anyone better out there. I travel two hours to go to him, and it is well worth every mile for that special lift that a great haircut gives you. And the salon is spotless and beautiful with plenty of close parking. Cannot recommend enough!!!

My hair needed a transformation desperately! My hair was dry, brittle and dull. It also needed a cut so bad that i was getting dreadlocks even though i brushed 2 times a day... i was a mess. I came to Igor M salon by recommendation from a friend and the whole experience was AMAZING. Friendly staff greeted me and showed me to my colorists chair. Brittney (my colorist) gave me the perfect shade of black. I wanted a cool tone black nothing brassy. After the assistant washed out my color i was brought over to Igor's chair for a cut. We had a consultation where i told him what i was looking for
