Our Activities Program is full of fun, informative, and entertaining events for everyone. I have been working here for 2 months and I couldn't be happier :) I was told about the culture and the family atmosphere, our mantra One Team, One Family. Other places I've worked claimed this as well but Peoria Post Acute and Rehab has been the first place where I truly saw this come to life. I feel like everyone has a place here. Whether you are the building director, nursing staff, housekeeping or a resident; everyone is counted as a valuable person and treated as such. Thank you Peoria for giving me more than a job but a safe, welcoming place that I can come to everyday and truly be myself

Tina runs PT there. She is super sharp and her assistant Liz is also very good and very attentive. Kelly is the OT there and she was good as well. Pink was great as well. She did not need to do the things she did but did them anyways. She should be moved to case management. Michele who works front desk was also very patient and friendly. It takes a village and they have a village and then some of people who cared throughout the process.

I was sent here after leaving the hospital for COVID. Had to learn to walk, talk, eat..everything actually that one does day to day. I didn’t care much for the “doctor” or other office type staff. However, almost ALL the CNAs and nurses were great. (I was in hall 2). They got to know me and when I was having a visibly bad day they took the extra step to talk to me and comfort me. I had several PT while there and they were all amazing. I got attached to each one. My OT was Anita the whole time and she is amazing. I definitely felt a real concern/care for my progress. I wanted to thank Angela the nurse she was amazing. All the nurses were actually excellent and the CNAs were great. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful to me and my family. Very sweet and professional. Liv was the guy who gave my family the tour and he is the one who assisted me to get in the car when I graduated from there. He is so helpful and pleasant. Thank you everyone.

I worked here as a Physical Therapy student for 12 weeks and couldn’t be happier with the time I spent there. The staff in the therapy department is extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I was also impressed with their dedication to patient-centered care and the way they prioritized patient well-being and health. I would absolutely recommend Peoria Post Acute and Rehab for those seeking employment in health care or looking for an incredible care for family members or loved ones.

Wanted to thank the nursing and physical therapy staff at this place for taking care of my mom. Everyone you walk by also says hello and it’s a nice feeling to know that people can take a few seconds out of their day to chat with you. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here and it shows on the care they give their patience. Hopefully she never has to come back but am never taking her anywhere else. Thank you Peoria Post Acute.

I have been delivering to Peoria Post Acute for a few years and really enjoy it. The management and staff are all very helpful and easy to work with. Mark, Lucy, Guillermo and the rest of the team there create a positive environment for their employees and vendors. I love working here at Peoria Post Acute!! I've never felt such a tight bond with my peers and upper management! Everyone is so welcoming and loving. I can actually say I love my job and my Boss's From day one they have made me feel part of the Peoria post Acute family. I would Reccomend this facility to friends and family to work here and or have family receive care here. The care here is fabulous and loving. We have a compassionate team of employees from housekeeping up to administration which is highly admired! I plan on having longevity here with the amazing team of employees!!!A+++ facility

What a wonderful facility! I was taken back by the care, compassion and communication that was provided for my mother during her stay. From the ease of transition, to the exceptional nursing/therapy staff, my mother’s approval on her meals and the heart warming feeling I got when walking in the building; I cannot recommend this place enough!
