Always on time with the order. I recommend calling ahead of time to cut wait time in half, as I see customers waiting in their cars a d I am in and out before their order is ready. Friendly staff, nice setting inside although I've never eaten inside, only take out.

$40 for two dinners Ugh!!
Every time we order food we swear never again.
They're the only Chinese food for many miles and we ordered again tonight...
Never ever again! Their sauces are never like you expect and always disappointed.
2 stars for rice and standard msg egg rolls

Chinese food is one of the least expensive foods to make. Yet, Bamboo over charges for honestly average tasting food. Really only saving grace is no other Chinese restaurants around unless you drive to Ashland or Louisa.

My son wanted Chinese food for his Birthday, so I surprised him. I ordered takeout $74.00 worth. We were all very disappointed in the dishes we ordered. The food was hard and nasty after taste “breading”. I been here before and had good food. But not this time, I’m sorry after spending $74.00 I will not go back…🤢🤢🤢

Called to order carryout. Ordered 2 dinners and it was over 30 dollars. food is ok but it isn't worth all that for real. Dinners are almost 20 a piece. No thank you.

Bamboo has the best Chinese food I’ve ever had!!! I’ve been coming here for years!!! They are very aware of allergies and sensitivities!!! I have Celiac Disease and HAVE to eat gluten free and they have always made that possible!!! The owners and the entire staff are extremely friendly and make you feel right at home!!!

We love Chinese food and have had it from dozens of restaurants in several states. As far as I am concerned, Bamboo is as good as it gets. We have always gotten great food and service and the price is appropriate for the quality. Sure you can buy it cheaper if you drive far enough but what you get is cheaper food. You get what you pay for. I sure hope they survive all this social distancing!

The new ownership seems to have kept the menu the same but the flavors are different! I quite like it, actually. The fried dumplings were much better in my opinion. I got something spicy and it was actually spicy for once. So far, I think it's an improvement. Very good.
