Ariana's Restaurant at The Lyme Inn is the new incarnation of Ariana's Restaurant, offering the same menus in a different venue. This new endeavor is the culmination of some 40 years of culinary adventures. Dinner is served in The Back Room which features a stone fireplace, eight dining tables, ten seats at the bar and two more casual coffee table-style seating areas.
Seating is also available in Ariana's Front Room, or Terrace Room, which offers dining in a relaxed, warm atmosphere; reminiscent of our former location in Orford. Our main menu features our most popular items thru the years, with small changes to seasonal soups and salads. Because I love what I do, and like to work with many different ingredients, we offer a nightly Additions menu.

Services
Our private dining room, the Tasting Room, is beautifully decorated with an antique wine theme and is located adjacent to our Front Room. This room, set King Arthur-style, seats 8 to 12 people, and can be reserved for the evening, either well in advance for special occasions or, based on availability, up to the 'day of' for a spontaneous gathering, allowing you to enjoy the room for the evening.
An Ariana's food experience. Enjoy a multi-course food and wine chef's tasting dinner. Sit back and let chef create a 5-course dinner with accompanying wine. There will be four protein courses and one dessert course. Generally, 2-3 courses will be seafood, Chef's favorite, and 1-2 courses will be a light meat, or red meat.
Our focus is on quality and variety in both our food and wine. I love wine and believe that wine is meant to be enjoyed with food. I look for quality and value in my wines. Offering a nice variety of wines from around the world, I like to ask my guests to try something new or ask us for a recommendation.

Lovely food, great service and a coziness which is usually missing from fine dining. We did a wine tasting menu here to celebrate my birthday. While i didn't get a birthday song, they created a whole cocktail matching for me on the request of getting something lighter than wine. I think they have a great potential in starting a cocktail tasting menu! Their seafood delicacies are very carefully selected and flavors blend really well. They are melt in the mouth kind. The chef comes to you to meet. I always find that very customer centric, like you care for who you are serving and also there is a

There are no restaurants of this high caliber in the upper valley of NH/VT. Chef Martin's creations are a symphony to the palate. The service here is always great. This is the only restaurant in the area that makes everything from the small plates, to entree, to desert. Unique and delicious every step of the way.

My favorite restaurant in the Upper Valley when I want a good quality, composed meal that isn't bar food. The food is always cooked perfectly and well balanced with great flavor and texture. Chef Martin is an expert cooking seafood. I miss the restaurant being open more days, but I understand with the worker shortage in the upper valley. Plan ahead - reservations are required and may fill quickly (as of Sep 2021).

The skill of the kitchen was obvious from the start, the best seared scallops I've had in many years. Menu variety is incredible, absolutely loved that they had things like sweet breads and monkfish cheek, such rare finds, and perfectly executed as well. Sauce work is incredible, so much depth of flavor. Add in really well designed dishes, lovely ambiance, in a large wine list, and you are in for a lovely lovely meal. Highly recommend.

We went on Saturday night to celebrate a special day. 6 of us were seated in the beautiful Inn by the fireplace. The service was exceptional, the cocktails incredible, every course was as incredible as the one before. Freshly prepared, unique flavors. The chef came out and spoke to us. We couldn’t be more pleased with our night. We will definitely be back !!

Best choice for a special dinner in the Upper Valley ! Very creative food, served in a delightful old New England Country Inn. Chef Martin sees that everything is made to the customer’s satisfaction. A very… caring concept that shines .
Chef Martin truly cares about serving the best food available - especially when it comes to seafood. Highly recommend his scallops and really anything on the menu. Fantastic flavors and served in a very classy New England Country Inn. Always a treat !

My wife and I just had one of the best meals of our lives at Aruba’s. We each got the filet mignon’s, they were cooked perfectly the green beans were crisp and the truffle mashed potatoes were just amazing. Then my wife ordered the chocolate cake for dessert (not much of a dessert guy, I passed), luckily she shared some with me and I was super impressed. I can’t recommend this place enough, definitely try it!

Delicious! The food here was excellent, and housed options which were unexpected to see in the Upper Valley. Octopus and escargot we're among the offerings the night I went. As someone who is allergic to many types of seafood, the options were more limited, but much of the menu changes daily and I may have caught it on a more seafood focused night. The bar had a wide variety of mixed drinks to choose from, and some quite inventive options to choose from. Highly recommended, make reservations in advance.

Excellent meal prepared with a lot of love and care, served by attentive but relaxed staff. The chef corrected me when I thanked him for his excellent meal, saying it was the whole team who are to be commended. The bar is excellent, with an unusually good selection of wines by the glass. Cocktails are very reasonably priced. I had a trio of creme brulees for dessert--orange, ginger, and maple - excellent!
