Jim Eckhart is an AMAZING trainer. the workouts are intense, time efficient and he has a talent of identifying and correcting functional issues. I love training with him and it is cool to know your trainer was on American Ninja Warrior (2013, Denver regionals and Denver Finals). Its a great group of people, and such an encouraging environment. I am almost 50 and feel better than i have in 20 years.
