ABC Financial are corporate scammers. I cancelled my gym membership in August, 2021 and was told that it was officially canceled. Then, in September I received a bill for the 20$ monthly gym fee. I called them again, September 15th and once again, they told me my account was officially close. The next day, $70 was taken out of my account for the gyms annual fee. I just called, a 3rd time requesting that the money be drafted back into my account.They refused to cooperate and refund any of my money. If you join a gym and ABC Financial does their billing, JOIN A DIFFERENT GYM!!! They are scammers

Don’t do business with this company. They are thieves. After gifting the gym 9 months of membership fees, while they were closed due to covid, i decided to pause my account until the gym classes became available again. For three months I could not get in touch with ABC. No calls answered, no emails responded to, even if it was a reply to one of their emails. Their website would not allow you to log in. Then I realized this is set up to be an endless loop scam, so I went to the cops and filed report. I didn’t stop there. I also went to the better business bureau and launched and investigation

Update: I emailed them (as I was asked to on this review) on August 11. Stacy Jackson responded and asked for my phone number. I replied with my phone number and as of today (October 15) still have not received a reply.

Very disappointed and the experience was a nightmare. Followed proper steps for cancelling gym membership and even got confirmation email from them. 8 months laters, they still withdraw $$ from my bank account every month. Called customer service & could not reach them. Avoid doing business with them.

I had a contract with Anytime Fitness since 1/2020, who uses ABC financial as their billing agency.
Due to Covid-19 I had to move. I moved may 30. Mind you, they still charged me for services after the Chicago lockdown was ordered in March. Lockdown in effect March 24, 2020; I was charged a monthly fee March 28, 2020. And I was not refunded for it.
They continued to charge me and would not let me open my contract, even after I told them I moved more than 25 miles away.
Worse still, they made no allowances for the fact that the United States is witnessing a global pandemic. Absolutely shameful

I have to agree with the last review. What a bunch of scumbags. I cancelled a membership at a gym and was informed that I would still have to make two more payments? Err why? Then to add insult to injury I was informed that My annual membership would be due so I would be charged for that again? Why? I cancelling my membership why would I pay for another year for a place I wouldn't be going too? If they try it on, only to happy to go to the Small claims court.

My gym started using this service and couldn't update my billing information when I showed up with the information in hand. Nor could my gym cancel my membership in house either. I had to call the automated service. Interestingly enough, the automated service doesn't have a prompt to end your membership (pretty convenient for them) so I finally managed to talk to a person (no prompt for that either) they said they couldn't even end my membership. I had to send in a written request with my agreement number and a reason why I'm quitting. From now I will only consider gyms that do not use this service

My gym "closed their doors forever" less than a day after they charged me for that month's rent. They sold their contracts to another gym who uses ABC Financial Services Inc as their "billing company." I called to cancel my membership as the gym I was pushed to was further from my house than I prefer to travel.
