Dr Niesen and staff are extraordinarily professional, friendly and so darn good at what they do that I have referred 8 of my friends (and now patients) to this practice. As a loyal, long standing patient, I appreciate that appointments are kept on time with minimal to no waiting. I also respect that Dr. Niesen does not tolerate perpetually late patients because it is unfair to the staff and patients who do arrive on time. I wish other medical professionals would adopt the same approach of mutual respect.

I have been a patient of DDS Niesen for over 15 years.
He is the most professional and GENTLE dentist that I have ever experienced.
That combination is very important to me as I do not use novacaine for cleanings or fillings and DDS Niesen accommodates my wishes.
Further, DDS Niesen uses state of the art equipment called CEREC when doing crowns.
If you have never heard of CEREC check it out. Instead of going through the process of a “temporary crown” (usually poor fitting) for a few weeks while the “final crown” is being made, DDS Niesen has the CEREC equipment in house to make a permanent

I have been going to Dr Neisen for 20+ years and have had a great experience each and every time. The staff is incredibly polite and great at their jobs. I hear horror stories about people's teeth hurting after cleanings and that is in no way the case for Dr. Niesen and his staff. I look forward to each of my visits and hope to continue for another 20+ years with them.

Outstanding. The staff are always warm and welcoming. They do a great job of taking care of your needs. They never try to give you care you don't need just to make a few bucks. They care more about the patients than about making money. I've been going to them for years, and plan to as long as I'm in the area.

My husband, two sons, and I have been going to Dr Niesen for many years. Dr Niesen is extremely professional and very knowledgable. He and his staff use the newest, and best, instruments and technology for treatment. The front dest receptionist/ office manager, Stephanie, is one of the most professional and competent people I have ever met. Whenever I call the office, she answers the phone with such an upbeat tone of voice. My father and my sister are both dentists and having grown-up watching how difficult it can be to find great office staff, I have to say that going to this practice is always

Dr. Niesen is a fabulous dentist! I have nothing but positive things to say about his practice. The receptionist is lovely to deal with and extremely friendly and polite. She is great at giving the best appointment to fit your schedule. The hygienists are wonderful - very thorough and a pleasure to have working on your teeth. Dr. Niesen is outstanding and gives the best care out there. His office is state of the art but situated in a lovely and beautiful Victorian house in Olde Towne Gaithersburg. It feels very homey and comfortable making going to the dentist less threatening. They are wonderful

I got 6 month braces from here and to later find out Paul isn't even qualified to with to put orthodontics on.... 3 of my brackets fell off on the 7th and a week later he still hasn't set up an appointment to fix them ... The lady who picks up the phone is extremely RUDE she has the nerve to call and ask my money but hasn't found time for the so called dentists to fix the $3000 braces I've already paid off.. I work 9 - 9 almost every day so it hard for me to find time to come in. as of right now im on hold for the past 30mins waiting for an appointment on my only day off this
