My grandson had a bad experience from previous dentist and left him terrified. We have to hold him down everytime he goes to the dentist. It was terrible! When we made the appointment with Tong Dental Care, we were apprehensive and anxious. The staff were wonderful, the place is clean. My grandson felt comfortable the whole time and thank goodness we didn't have to hold him down this time. We highly recommend this place and will surely come back again.

I hadn't had a dental cleaning in so long, and struggled so hard to find an office to go to to help with my general cleaning, as well as guidance for getting my wisdom teeth out. The receptionist, Patty was sooo kind and helpful with answering all my questions and was overall patient with me! When going in for my cleaning the dental hygienist, Camille was so awesome herself. Dr Tong and others are always very patient with Me, Sebastian even when I wasn't calm on the appointment for my 8th Birthday when they had to put the expander for My underbite and then remove it and all the other steps. This place has good COVID-19 guidelines I recomend this place all the dentists are very caring.

Dr. Simchian was the best dental professional I have ever been to. I had a root canal done and even though I was almost 2 hours in the chair, I experienced no pain and I felt very much in good hands. Both he and his assistant were so caring every step of the way. And likewise, the office staff are all very kind. I would highly recommend this dental practice for both children and adults.

We used to love coming here. Dr Tong is was our Family dentist for over a year..He took care of our little boys teeth as well as us parents.
I have to say that Ms Teresa who works here as a Dental Hygienist is possibly one of the best Hygienist l have ever been to. She's personable,very detail oriented and does a great job each time, she cares about your cleaning so gives you tips on how to keep them immaculate in between cleanings. Ask for her, you won't be disappointed. Coming from a picky client, shes one of the best.

I am one of those people who hate the dentist. I've been to several dentists around the Gaithersburg area. Two things I look for when I go to the dentist for my regular cleaning and it is the receptionist for good service and the actual dentist for the good quality cleaning without pain. At Highlands dental care, the receptionist are extremely kind even though she's had a long day. They all greeted us with a smile and extremely sweet. For once in my life the cleaning did not hurt at all and the water they sprayed into my teeth was warm water not cold water so it wasn't aching. The

I have been a patient with Dr. Tong since I was in 7th grade. As a kid, I moved around a lot so I've had experiences with many different dentists and Dr. Tong was by far the best. He was the first dentist that actually tried to educate me on dental practice instead of simply telling me to cut back on sugar, brush more, etc. I went from hating dentists to pursuing a career in dental practice simply because of my experiences with this doctor. I wouldn't trust any other doctor with my children's oral hygiene.
