Zerorez was thee best service I’ve found. Plus my variety of area rugs were of different materials and they handle them beautifully! They came back w/o a smell and absolutely zero dust, stains, or issues. After trying a couple other “cleaning” services They both brought them back smelly, still with stains and actual dirt/sand coming from them when I laid them down!! I highly recommend Zerorez and now I’ve found the perfect rug service folks. Thank you!!

I was very disappointed with their service. I moved furniture and took time off to get my carpet cleaned for the holidays and I didn't get it done because they didn't have enough hose to reach my first floor apartment and their prices are high. I only used them because they came recommended on Seattle Refined on TV. Seattle has lots of apartments, why not send someone out to assess the job and the distance from truck to apartment so my time isn't wasted. And they offered spraying the most affected areas and I vacuum myself 6 hours later and they wanted to charge me the same price

Don did a terrific job. He explained the multi-step cleaning process and offered some additional services for pet accidents. Our 15-year old carpet is like new. I will definately have them come back every couple of years now.

I have carpet stains in 3 places, and when ZeroRez left, I still have the same stains. $200 for nothing. I said in an email not first thing in the morning, they were there just after 8 am. Customer service then lied to me about not showing up early, but I have proof in an email which proves Ana at ZeroRez is a liar. This business is rude, crude, and unacceptable.

I asked for first appointment of the day twice. The first time I got a text message saying they would be at my house between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. I calledback and said no too late. The next time I called a women said I would be the first appointment of the day and that the tech would leave the warehouse at 8. So I said ok then the. next t day I get a text that they they would come somewhere between 2 and 5 p.m. Businesses that can't make and keep an appointment I have no use for. very angry in Auburn. I had to do a lot of work to get ready and they can't even show up. I do not recommend this

Zerorez did an incredible job of cleaning my mom's carpets that had not been done in at least 10 years. Pet's and people made them dirty over the years and Zerorex restored the carpet to almost new again. Ryan was extremely professional and made it easy on us so thank you!

I’ve used Zerorez in the past and was satisfied with the service however lately I’ve experienced problems with scheduling. I would book an appointment, request a time window, and then as the date approaches would get a text with a completely different time. This happened several times and I finally had to go with another company. So if you absolutely need a certain time window you might want to consider another company

DJ was great - courteous and hard working. Carpets look great.
**As a follow up however - I was charged more than was shown to me at the time of service...I didn't realize this until my credit card bill came a month later. Make sure to check the invoice they send as a follow up. I'm not too pleased with this.

DJ our tech did an amazing job. Very efficient and friendly.. He wore shoe coverings before entering our house and made sure doors and corners were protected as not to scratch. Carpets look really good. We have older bedroom carpeting that We didn’t want to replace yet!

Collin cleaned the halls and common areas in our condo building. He was very thorough and explained what he recommended for certain areas that needed additional treatment. It looked great when he was done and the carpet is old.ZeroRez has cleaned our building several times and we have always been pleased with their work. We like that they don't use toxic chemicals! I would highly recommend them.

I hired them for both duct cleaning and cleaning of 3 couches. They were fast, efficient, and thorough with their work while observing covid safety policies. The team wore masks for the duration of the job and had covers for their shoes. Lastly, they charged me the price that they originally quoted me so there were no surprises.
