I got my kitchen tiles cleaned as well as carpet. I have 2 cats and my carpet and tiles look like new. Removed any and all stains. Mikao is professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

I generally don't pay much attention to FB ads but for some reason I decided to give it a shot when I saw Simple Steam ad. Reviews looked genuine. Sent a query to Mikao online and he was very prompt in responding with a quote. Was easy to fix appointment and I got regular updates, he arrived on time. When he finished the work, we were thoroughly impressed with how he brought life back to 8 year old carpet. When I sent him mail about couple areas that need a bit more attention, Mikao immediately called and offered to fix them. He gave couple options for appointment and promptly came back and
