Our story of glory. Parlour e.lev.en is a full service salon dedicated to providing an elite customer service by offering quality products and an enjoyable atmosphere, in Downtown Huntington Beach. We thrive on being innovated and creating new trends. We are here to meet our clients expectations and push the limits, while providing a level of service and care to build the clients confidence and raise brows.
All staff and stylists will be following CDPH and California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology's guidelines. Masks are optional. Services
We as stylists find inspiration in all things, including art. Since fashion and trends are constantly changing, we believe the walls that surround us should evolve as well. With our high industrial ceilings, Parlour e.lev.en is the perfect location to host all types of artists. Together the salon, stylists, clients and artists are able to cross promote and build up each other's business.

Taylor C. Is amazing. She is super sweet and has a creative vision and executes every crazy idea we come up with for my hair. Recently, I messed my own hair up pretty bad by deciding to wear it up in a bun with a harsh hair tie elastic for an extended period of time. With my bleached blonde hair Taylor has completely rescued me and told me exactly what products to use at home to rescue my hair. It's dramatically improved since I started using them. Super happy with her and won't be using anyone else for my hair.

This is my first time ever getting an actual haircut at a salon and I could honestly say it will definitely not be my last! My stylist was Lisa Genelle and she was AMAZING! From the consultation to the end result it was an amazing experience. Lisa DEFINITELY knows what she's doing and I got up from that chair happier than a kid leaving a candy store. The amount of compliments I received was insane! Thank you Lisa for hearing me out and helping me gain confidence on rocking my natural hair!

I was suggested this salon by a friend and they said they would trust anyone there. I took the first available appointment with Lisa Genelle and I am very happy with my results! I haven’t been able to get my hair colored for almost a year and my regrowth was very, very bad. Lisa went over all my options and talked about my goals and asked for inspiration pictures. I didn’t really have an end goal because I change it up all the time so I didn’t give her much to work with. She took my vague suggestions, and nailed it! She was also very professional and kept me updated on how much time everything

Lisa Genelle is a master in the art of hair!!!! She listens to what you want and she delivers!!!!! She’s amazing and takes her time in making you BEAUTIFUL!!!! Saying my hair was a HOT MESS is an understatement. But thanks to Ashlie I was brought back to life and my get ready time not just make up but hair included is 20-30 mins. I'm always on the go so aside from the color correction from hell that I put her thru she also gave my mane a Brazilian Blowout and most def blew out all the death! Thank you Ash and all the lovely ladies that helped her here and there throughout the whole time I was there

I called the salon to make an appointment as a new client and requested Tamira. I was told to text her for a consult and that she had open appointments for the following day. I text her at 9:16am, and I heard back at 4:28pm. I understand she was working and could have been busy. When she wrote me back, she needed specific pictures and I was able to send her all that she requested within 20 minutes. I have never heard from her and it is the following day at noon. Not the way a new client wants to feel... ignored. Pretty disappointing, as I waited for her response before I tried to find someone

I'm gonna start this with saying TRACY IS AMAZING. Some sort of hair guardian angel.
I hadn't had my hair cut since before the pandemic, needless to say it was a sad mess. I was in dire need of a massive hair chopping. After reaching out to everyone I knew who did hair without luck I was faced with the anxiety of being a walk in and rolling the dice at a random barbershop.
Luckily for me I got in touch with Tracy and not only did she get me in same day but she was able to salvage the disaster I had on my head and turned into what now looks like a work of art. She is amazing highly recommend

Tay went above & beyond on my hair today, i'm absolutely in love with it! She is extremely talented and always makes me feel comfortable by talking me through everything and making sure we get where i want to be with my hair goals. i've been to her twice now & don't plan on going anywhere else. The salon it's self is a super friendly environment, everyone is so sweet there.

I've been here 3 times with 3 different stylists (1st time blew my expectations out of the water- she did 10000x what I asked), 2nd time was absolutely horrible and stylist was rude and unprofessional twice, third time stylist went out of her way to fix the work of the 2nd stylist but ultimately didn't do much to actually fix it and despite her efforts, she went back on her word when she told me if the expensive products she recommended didn't work or if I didn't like them, I could return them. That was my breaking point. Ultimately, I wasted more money here than I've gained

I got my hair done by Lisa Genelle and it came out wonderful! When I walked in, my roots were way long and my color was just a mess! She took the time to explain to me all the different avenues we could take and it really helped me understand what would be best for me and my life style. We through the color in at the end and I love it!! Thank you Lisa! You did a great job! I would definitely recommend this salon and I would definitely recommend Lisa!

Also Jamie you rip people off Bc I even heard my hair stylist tell another that it wasn't even barely a color correction. Bc of how well my hair took to the bleach. I could have got exactly what I wanted but I know how you guys like to say oh your hair this hair that so they have to come back and get it done a few time and spend like 2000$

My girl Shelby is always killing it! Absolutely love her and trust her opinion. I go to her for fantasy hair color and she chooses the perfect color combo for my complexion. I've seen the other artists here doing absolutely amazing as well. Everyone here is very on trend with the hair styles. My hair stylist is @paintitblonde on Instagram, definitely take a look at her work! They've been following all COVID-19 precautions. Everyone where's a mask, hair stylists wear gloves, dividers between stations and front door open for air circulation!

Melissa is amazing!
I used to dye my own hair with the L'Oréal box dye but Melissa brought my hair back to life! Its silky smooth and my hair looks amazing. I get compliments everywhere! She's the sweetest and it's always a great time when I go get my hair done. She takes amazing care of my hair and now I'll never have to look for another hair stylist again my hair hasn't felt this great in years and I couldn't be happier
The salon fallowed all the safety protocols to ensure our safety during these times. I felt safe.

I have been seeing Lisa Genelle for over 15 years. Even though I live over an hour away she is still my go to stylist. I have fine colored hair (with shinys aka greys) that she carefully and masterfully tames without damaging.
I am a registered nurse who has worked frontline during this Covid-19 pandemic. I appreciate the attention the salon has devoted to making it a safe and still bright and welcoming escape from lockdown. Temperature checks, hand sanitizer and a questionnaire at the door, the staff and patrons wear masks. Each salon chair is sectioned off and someone is always cleaning

I have been getting my hair dyed since I was 13, but I have never been more in love with the results as I am now!! During these crazy COVID times it's so reassuring to go to a place where the employees actually take the appropriate safety measures. Melissa was so incredibly fantastic! She greeted me at the door and took my temperature. She was masked (but still incredibly fashionable) and made me feel really comfortable the entire time. Each station was partitioned and we were spread out away from the other customers in the salon.

As I take a shower tonight and lather up my hair with dial dish soap, I wonder how it is Shelby knew I wanted to be poison ivy for Halloween. It's like she can read minds!

I've been coming to Shelby for years now and she is the only girl I trust with my hair. Whenever I have an idea in mind Shelby executes exactly on par with my vision. I have never been disappointed. She is always booked throughout the week (high demand) so make sure to get her on your calendar. Thank you for being so dedicated Shelbs. She always kills it I get so many compliments on my hair. I really needed a hair change after having golden blonde hair extensions for quite some time . I had been following Stephany Smith at Parlour Eleven on Instagram for a while and thought her work was absolutely amazing so I scheduled a consultation with her. Upon meeting her I instantly knew she could transform my hair to whatever I asked for. We came up with a plan and I scheduled an appt to put in new extensions and do a rose gold with dark roots . Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, I always walk in and out with a smile on my face because no matter what I know I'm going to come out looking amazing. I can always rely on Tamira for my hair, makeup, and eyebrows. She has taken my hair through many transformations.
