This SALON is really nice and clean with a big screen TV and a lounge to hand out while you wait in need. The staff are friendly and very attentive in taking care of their customers. The hair stylist is professional and really knows how to cater to your haircut need. I am definitely going back and would highly recommend any one looking for the haircut.

I remember when Quyen/Julie first opened her salon in my neighborhood. It stood out because of its beautiful design, a large glass front which made it look warm and inviting. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. When I met Quyen, she was so kind and professional. She has such a positive energy and is so caring about all of her clients. She has performed many services for me including, haircut, pedicure, eyebrow trim, and hair and beard coloring. I felt terrible for her when she had her business shut down during the covid lockdown, but her loyal clientele returned and her business has both

I walked in there and the person at the front desk was extremely rude, I’m not sure what her name was though. I went to get my haircut and was very disappointed. I wanted my hair short, it was uneven and very bad. I asked for ombré hair as well and the person gave me highlights. Waste of my money!

Requesting a reimbursement for a service that you and your assistant did on my daughter is not blackmail. It's called taking responsibility as a professional hairdresser as you claim to be!
When my daughter tried speaking to both you and Alex about the damage hair you had the nerve to say "how or why would you want a reimbursement for you didn't pay" how was my daughter to pay for a over processed hair! Yet you suggested she buy extensions and that you would give her a discount on the labor of $100.00! We as consumer have every right to request a reimbursement totaling

This place should receive 0 stars. Honestly she messed up my hair so bad. I walked in the shop asking Julie for a retouch and she burned my hair. Big chunks of hair fell off and my hair color was not what I wanted. She bleached my entire hair again which I asked her NOT to do. She even had a "trainer" do a couple things to my hair. I understand that he needs to learn but if he's not experienced with delicate hair he shouldn't have even stepped in. I made my appointment with Julie not with the "trainer" named Alex. They did a blow out on my hair to "strengthen

I am a HB native and used to get my hair cut in this location for over 10 years. I called to see if the old owners were still there and come to find out they sold the business. I was nervous to go with a new hairdresser but I have her a chance. Julie was the best, I just cut 17" to donate to CEHD and she really took care of me! It was really affordable and I got an incredible cut and style. She uses the best product and was able to give me the exact look I wanted. Had the best experience, thanks Julie!!

Great customer service. The staffs are friendly people.This is the place to do eyebrow with microblading. Especially, Julie has magic hands, she made my eyebrow so beautiful. Julie and her staff are excellent, efficient, and extremely kind. I have long thick hair and she is extremely patient every time I come in. She makes sure I leave happy and satisfied! You can tell she's about the client experience and not about making a quick buck. I brought my 14 month old in and she cut his hair perfectly! And kids are not easy! go see her and her team, you won't regret it !

This review is for nail only. $16 for classic pedicure. Classic pedicure starts with foot soak, trim nail, clean cuties, callous remove, clean foot, lotion, little massage, and nail polish. The lady took her time to work on me. Very relax environment. She spend 40 minutes for a classic pedicure. Friendly lady. Doesn't speak much. She focus on her job. Would come back for nail. Decent price and good services.
While getting pedicure done, I also observe the two lady that do hair. Julie is the owner. She cut hair nicely. But the other lady (little older) doesn't really know how to cut hair

I am very happy with the way my hair turned out. Julie was pleasant and very professional. She took the time to listen and make suggestions for the best color and treatment for me. Julie and her staff went out of their way to make my experience a positive one. They even provided me with snacks! I got a balayage, Brazilian blow out, and a cut. I'm very satisfied with the amazing service I received and will definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family.

My mom and I came for hairstyling and more. Julie and Hai were friendly and hospitable throughout our visit. Julie gave me a beautiful manicure. She didn't rush yet was efficient and did a beautiful job. I love the massage chair...it feels like a real person is massaging your back. I enjoyed listening to the classic love songs like Barbara Streisand and Mariah Carey. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional. I would come back.

Went in for a haircut almost a week ago and left satisfied. I've been getting lots of compliments too. I showed the stylist (I never caught his name) a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. It seemed like he was paying a lot of attention to detail. So, I got a great haircut and to make it even better, it was only $20, since I have short hair and they were running a special 20% off promotion. I think short hair is usually $25 for a cut. I will be going back for my next haircut.

I came in for a cut and a root touch up. My stylist, Hai, took great care in applying color, doing a thorough wash and a fantastic cut. He even took the time to curl my hair, even though it was at the very end of the day. I felt very well taken care of.
The shop was clean, service was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely come back and fully recommend it.
