Thank you Ola! We first contacted Atlas during the summer when our AC went dead. They made every effort to get it back up and running quickly so we didn't have to suffer the heat. We signed an annual maintenance agreement with them on the spot. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even take the time to explain in ordinary terms what they are doing and why. Should get a bonus star!

It was probably the best experience i have ever had with ANY in home repair company...
Follow up was amazing... From phone calls, text messages and emails I knew 100% of the time what was going on and never felt like we was left in the dark..
Came to my home fixed our issue with the AC the 1st time.
Knew exactly what was wrong and was fixed immediately, no bs ....
I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone having issues with there heating and air units.

Had a problem this morning. Night time temperature dropped house temperature to 64. No biggie! We normally set thermostat to lower temperature at night anyway. Wife wakes up early, walks past the thermostat, resets it to a nice comfortable 72degrees. A few minutes later notices no heat turning on. House temperature now dropped to 63. Check thermostat, yep it is set correctly, on 72, on Heat setting. Still no heating. It's not a big deal compared to what those poor folks went through in Kentucky and elsewhere with that total destruction of their towns by that horrible tornado.

Ola is, quite simply put, built differently. He walked into my home to help my husband with our HVAC issues and by god am I glad he did. He got straight to the point, diagnosed the problem in under a minute (he's lightning fast, SUPER quick), offered a quick fix and helped us build out an estimate for a new system. He is an efficient all-American machine with big weiner demeanor and nothing but dedication for his company and customers. 10/10 cool guy would recommend a visit.

I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism and excellence! And in today’s society -it’s those little things that are really the big things that make me a loyal customer: shoe booties to protect my flooring, being on time, communication of arrival and issues/ no issues, and a high level of caring about my comfort! You couldn't do any better with this company. Going above and beyond is an understatement with regard to them. Our HVAC unit has given us so many problems but the staff, especially Ola and Brandon, approached each one so very professionally and resolved them all. Their customer service is prompt, very courteous and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Jamie, Tyler and John D are the best. They installed the complete system within 5 hours. Drop clothes were laid down throughout the house all debret was vacuumed up and all boxes were removed. Very respectful and extremely competent answering all my questions. My new system is working half as hard as before saving us money on electric bills.

Exceptional! When you plan to spend a lot of money on a project like ours you want to have the right company to do it. By far Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning is that company. We had several other companies… come give us estimates, some didn’t call us back or even provide an estimate. Ones who did respond were almost double the cost! If I could give Atlas a hundred stars I would! We had one of their techs come do an inspection and he said we needed a part replaced on one of our units and shot us a price. We didn’t call to schedule it for awhile but when we did, they sent a tech right over to look again. This tech determined there was nothing wrong with the part and it did not… need replaced (the first tech had since been terminated from their employment). Then the owner called me and apologized for the situation and asked if the tech on site could redo the whole inspection to be sure it was done correctly. On top

The owner did change his reply message to me on Google Reviews to attempt to correct the situation or at least remove some of the inaccurate information which I discussed in this post. This reply is significantly more professional than the original one and I appreciate the professionalism.
He contacted me on Facebook. During this Facebook chat, we were finally able to discuss like reasonable adults in relative detail the situation going back two years ago, which he then removed the false review he left for my therapy business

I was having issues with (what I thought was) my air conditioner blowing hot air, so I gave Atlas a call given their high Yelp reviews and recommendations. I got extremely lucky that they had an opening on the same day (later I found out that their crazy-busy season was on the down slope), so I was all set for someone to arrive at 4pm. At around 3:45pm my technician called to let me know that his current job was running a little long and that he would get to me around 4:15 or so. I really appreciated the update and never felt my time was being wasted.

I hired Atlas because my home warranty company was not fixing my heating problem. I called them on a Saturday evening and they came out on a Sunday morning. They quickly identified the problem that two other companies (Bailey's Comfort and Total Air) could not identify or fix. They were great at communicating and quick with providing a detailed invoice. Thank you, and I highly recommend Atlas for any heating issues (ours was a gas furnace).
