They designed and installed my new construction HVAC 6 years ago and did a very good job. Their repairman was here last week only one day after I called to report the AC stopped working. He replaced a bad capacitor (under warranty so free) and left after checking pressures etc.. He came back 2 weeks later after the AC again stopped. The problem turned out to be a damper that hung up intermittently so hard to detect. He did not charge anything for the 2nd service visit. This outfit is great.

Contracted for HVAC maintenance in October at a house that we purchased in April, 2019. They were backed up on fall inspections, but we asked for an expedited inspection of the gas heating system. I had them come out TWICE, they put a capacitor in the first time bypassing the one already in there my unit ran for three days and had them back out to tell me I needed a new unit. Had another company come out the next day and they found 4 burnt wires where Braggs had put the new capacitor in. They stripped back the wires and wired them the way they should be and 3 months later my unit is still working. Braggs is a joke and trying to get me to spend money that I DO NOT HAVE because of their mistake or not knowing what they are doing.
