Honest, courteous, amazing from the get go. Unit froze up because of a leak, and the fan quit intermittently, our unit is old so we knew replacement was coming. We got quotes from 4 other companies Veterans was the best price and value. They also made sure the unit they quoted was in stock. They provided window units till the installation was complete, wore shoe covers when they brought us the window units and were super kind to my wife. Very professional.
