My husband and I loved living at Anjou. It is close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we need quickly, but not so close that there was noise. Our 2B1B apartment actually had more storage than the house we just moved in to! The management is really kind and clearly wants to make this is great place to live. I always felt taken care of while living there.

I've lived in the Anjou Apartments for almost 2 years now and I could not be more pleased with my living arrangements. The management is FANTASTIC and so kind. They respond to your questions throughly with patience. If you have any kind of maintenance issue, they get to it in a very respectful and timely manner. The apartments themselves are comfortable and cozy. Plus, they have AMMAAZING amenities! ;) I would highly recommend living in this complex.

I am so absolutely blessed and thankful for Anjou. The move in process was so smooth and the ladies in the office are so kind! Anjou is very well kept, the grounds always look beautiful. My favorite part of our apt is looking out onto a huge green court yard with big pine trees right outside my back door. It’s so calming! For how long these apartments have been here in the valley, they’re pretty upgraded. The flooring was spotless, the walls are painted nice, i love the layout of our apartment as well. With huge vaulted ceilings! Upgraded appliances including dishwasher and fridge, washer

I don’t usually review places but... the Anjou deserved one.
I came to view the property and you can tell they take great care of their grounds.
While touring the place, everyone we passed was happy to see their manager.
The picnic area was really nice, the gym was clean. Even though they didn’t have anything available, she was willing to tour the amenities and property. Celest was open and truthful about the waiting list and what to expect if I end up living at Anjou. This place and their staff is unlike anywhere else I’ve looked in the rogue valley in the last 4 months. Really hoping

I lived at the Anjou Club for about two years. Celeste and Ryan are great managers, and you can definitely tell that they enjoy what they do. There are tons of amenities at the Anjou, and they regularly host ice cream socials, yoga, and movie nights (Covid permitting). The front desk has even watered my houseplants for me when I went on vacation- something that is above and beyond. Through the Almeda fire, Celeste kept in contact with every resident to give updates on the property and provide any assistance. Ross, the main maintenance person, is very personable and kind. He really does a great

I've lived in these apartments for half a decade. We've had two different apartments(we needed more space with our new daughter). I've never one time been inconvenienced on any real level by any member of the staff. They go out of their way to provide excellent satisfaction. Our refrigerator broke. We had a brand new one the next day. Our washing machine had a problem, and while it took a few days to figure out what it was (they replaced the washer within a day, but it was a backed up drain), they replaced the floors within the week and you cant even tell it happened. During the almeda fire, the

I lived here for a year while going to SOU.
We moved out a few months ago. It was quiet and the view from our apartment was breathtaking. My roommates and I felt comfortable and safe. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and quick to help in any way. One time we forgot our keys and got to our apartment in the middle of the night, called the office and they met us there in just a couple of minutes!
We also rented the clubhouse for a dinner party once, the space is large and it’s so beautiful! It’s free for people who live there to use and the staff even brought us an extra table

Have resided here for 2 years. Wonderful staff, clean and safe complex, and great tenants!
1.) The managers, Mindy and Steve, are just wonderful. The staff is attentive, courteous, and understanding.
2.) Grounds are well maintained and clean!
3.) Neighbors are quiet. Anjou does a great job weeding out problem tenants, and for that, I'm very grateful!
4.) Great complex if you have kiddos!
5.) Pool is clean and well maintained.
6.) They host a Summer party every Summer, and there's cotton candy!!!
7.) I can garden and have tomatoes!!
Very much enjoy living here. 4 stars

I love this apartment complex! The staff are caring and attentive. The apartments are clean and the complex has a nice community feel. Management is available 24/7 and always kind. I especially love the amenities: pool, 24hr gym, club house, movie room, putting green etc. It's also affordable and pet friendly which is super hard to find. 5*

Lived here for two years and my family and I had a very good experience renting from them. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, they were always there to help or replace anything that was needed in our apartment. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Unfortunately they keep raising rent, other than that I have no complaints. Pets are also allowed which is a huge plus.

I currently live in one of their townhouses! I love the location and layout of my place! I also love that we have 24 hour access to their little gym (very small but enough) and tanning bed. The pool and tennis courts are also very nice to have access to!
I have lived here for almost a year and have only had few issues with faucets, air Filters, leaky sprinklers and ear wigs, but they are very fast and pretty effective about showing attention to your issues if you address them appropriately!
We lived here for 3 months before they raised our rent 45$ which was pretty annoying but still very manageable

Recent renters at the Anjou Club apartments and we were more than happy with our home. Had to leave after being relocated for work but would have stayed longer if possible. Great management team ! Always professional and there to help with any concerns or needs. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because we couldn't have a direct tv dish mounted to the building causing us to have to end our direct tv contract. All in all a great place to rent! They also allow pets!

We loved living at the Anjou Club for the most part. I had rented a place there with roommates a few years back, and chose to return after my husband and I got married. We opted for it because of its great location, kind management, and well-maintained facilities/ apartments. Plus, they are really great about making the compex feel like home with their monthly news letters and holiday gifts (usually a little bag of goodies for each apartment). We knew we would end up paying a bit more than we wanted, but with all the perks it was worth it.
Unfortunately, though, rent is raised fairly consistently

I lived here for 2 years, first few months were alright. Rent was raised 3 times, beautiful clubhouse was used by the managers as a daycare center for their 3 kids, jumping on furniture, screaming and yelling. It is supposed to be available for the tenants to use quietly. All of the maintenance people were replaced and that's when things went downhill, such as yard maintence, fixing things in apartment, etc. Mindy the office manager has not only her husband and 3 kids living with her but also her sister, neice, and their child too. Would NOT recommend living here. The rent is ridiculously

Paying one of the highest rents in the entire area and listening to neighbors above and next door peeing. How about listening to them showering, doing laundry, walking down the hall, pets romping overhead? Enjoy hearing conversations of your neighbors while you're in the bathroom? Being close to high traffic roads means there's always that noise, too...except in the middle of the night, of course. Then you get to listen to air conditioners or heat pumps. The night lighting is like daylight all over. It's like living in an upscale ghetto.Yes, the grounds are attractive. But what is

Great aesthetics, however they advertised availability but only had one available which was an executive furnished apt. It was more but we said why not since we were moving from out of state. The girl was nice enough but informed us she couldn't show us because the managers were not insure and did we want to be out in a waiting list? No, we want to see it first and we are in from out of state. The place would be perfect because it is down the street from where my husband's company is relocating. We looked elsewhere. By the way, this was a Saturday morning.
