Very strange setup with a lot to improve. The woman that runs the place operates her office out of a subsection of her own apartment on the grounds, and the office itself is cluttered and claustrophobic.
Very inexpensive, but if you can afford to live elsewhere I recommend looking into other options first.

When I needed a place to stay for a few months, Tudor Square was the top choice. Great price with all utilities included is what really caught my eye.
You will be playing roommate roulette if you don't know anyone, you're assigned a room and don't know your roommates before you get your room. While sharing a common area can be difficult, I found that everyone tried their best to be a good neighbor, and since you've got your own sink and entrance into the apartment, there wasn't ever any issues for me.
Ona Williams, the landlord, is fantastic and the care and attention she showed me and my problems
