Furnished Living is a minority owned family business that has been serving furnished living needs for 30+ years in Southern Oregon. Oregon is our home. We offer a unique array of furnished housing options with the privacy and comfort you would expect in your own home, at a cost much lower than other temporary lodging options.
During an assignment for the Rogue Valley Hospital the housing was set up for Charles Point apartments. The apartments are 5 minutes from the hospital. A thirteen week assignment turned into a twenty six week stay. The apartments were very well maintained by a very helpful and capable crew. Yes, the apartments are spacious and handsomely appointed, more importantly the complex is safe and secure.
Disasters can happen at any time. Flood, mold, fire or a falling tree- they can come without warning and have devastating effects. But, life must continue, and Furnished Living works directly with insurance companies to help file the claim so you don't have to, while at the same time working with the homeowner to get them quickly into temporary furnished housing with all of the comforts of home.
Our unique concierge real estate service can assist you in finding permanent housing. Ron provides customized community tours, rental assistance, and real estate services that are unmatched in Southern Oregon. Ron shares his passion for living in Southern Oregon with clients who range from families and individuals buying their first house to those buying and selling estates, luxury homes, ranches and farms.

I think 5 stars is not enough for furnished living. Especially Kathy I would give her the whole galaxy. These wonderful people went above and beyond for us. I will not bore you with details I don’t usually write reviews a lot but if you are looking for a furnished place in Medford/Ashland/Jacksonville area look here first. You will not be disappointed.I know that’s what I will do if I get a contract here again.Thank you Kathy! You are an angel.

Thank you to Pam, Ron, & Kathy for this lovely space. The apartment has served us as we transitioned into a more permanent setting. The complex is well-maintained, well-furnished, safe, clean, and with the flexible move-in/out schedule, it allowed us the freedom of choice. Above all, Pam, Ron, & Kathy are truly extraordinary people; they went above and beyond the call of duty and truly took care of us. We appreciate you!

I stayed in one of the furnished lofts from May - Dec of 2018. It's in a nice area with most everything you need near by. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well setup with everything you'll need. Pam and Jennifer were great and always quick to respond If anything was needed. I would certainly stay with them again at any of their properties.

I needed a temporary furnished apartment in Medford. I spoke with Pam and she found me a great location. I really enjoyed being close to the sports complex - watched a lot of games and rode my bike on greenbelt. Pam and Jennifer are very helpful, quick to respond anytime I needed anything - also very nice people. I highly recommend!
