Went to this place for a hair cut and coloring, however the lady started by charging extra money (from the Groupon deal) because of my hair length. It was weird but I paid it. She was having a very dismissive attitude towards me and when I was showing her the pictures of the hair style I wanted she even suggested I did not understand english because I did not want my roots to be bleached, she just keep asking me if I understood a thing. Then finally when I showed to her that for that hair style the roots must be dark she just ignore me.

Ladies, I feel I owe it to the next potential customer to leave an honest review here. Barbara is sweet and took her time cutting my hair. However, I felt that the Groupon I used for this cut was misleading, and the quality of the cut for the price was not worth it.
I walked in with hair that fell to my mid back and asked to have it cut shoulder length - a medium long layered bob. I showed her images twice and explained the exact length I was looking for. I paid $29 for the Groupon and was charged an extra $25 for "long hair". Which I would understand if my intention was to keep it, have it layered

Don't get me wrong, my hair came out so soft and Barbara cut my hair at a good length! However, I noticed she was too rough when she was putting its a 10 product in my hair. She would hit my piercing as she was doing this. When she was blow drying my hair, the heat was too high and there would times where she would leave the blow dryer in one spot and it would burn me.😕

I had to reschedule with these people 3 times. I showed up twice and didn't receive any service. The first time I showed up, the lady, Barbara, I believe, didn't realize I made an appointment for ombre coloring even though I clearly stated that I'd be coming in for ombre and a haircut. She said ombre coloring takes too long (even though my appointment was at 12 pm) and asked me to reschedule. When I arrived the next day at the scheduled time, 1 pm, Barbara did not go through with the appointment and instead serviced many unscheduled customers who came AFTER me. I waited an hour, but then I finally

Bought a Groupon and I'm happy that I did. Barbara was really great. I was confused about my haircut, and she said she will do it her way and I love it! My hair cut is nice, already got compliments :)
The salon is really nice and spacious. I am definitely going back there. Great services for a reasonable price.

Barbara butchered my long hair. She was lazy in dying my Balayage because my hair was so long. It ended up looking more like an Ombre gone completely wrong. The color came out copper! She gave me a CHOPPY haircut while cutting four inches off my hair (see pictures) and couldn't even straighten my hair correctly. She blamed it on my hair type - which has never given anyone else a problem to straighten. Even I do a better job than Barbara at straightening hair. She left it in Frizzy disaster and rushed me out because she had another client after me. She only allowed one hour for the appointment,

Bought a Groupon for a haircut, blowdry and deep conditioner for $19.99. I saw Barbara and she was professional and really listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend this clean and well appointed salon.
