I wish I could move out !! These apartments are infested with roaches ( specifically buildings E and C ) , property manager Maria lies about it to get you to sign a lease , then when you move in and find out about the roaches it’s excuse after excuse on why she “ legally wasn’t obligated to tell you”. They will come and put bait down , but talking to my neighbors this place has been infested for years and people are always complaining, and nothing seems to get rid of them even the exterminator they keep bringing out.

Great place to live plenty of living space never had a big complaint rent seems high but worth it when your only paying for rent and electric great internet service provider through the apartments can hear people if they are in the hallway but that's about it never hear people from with the apartments unless the bang on the wall which happens from time to time but not to the point where it's a problem all understandable when I have children myself staff in the office are really nice if I had questions they would answer quickly sometimes it's best to just walk over to the office but they are quick

This is by far one of the best apartment locations around! The staff and management is extremely caring, friendly, and professional. The living environment is very peaceful. The apartments are built with great quality living space! I definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Stoughton Estates.

Great maintenance and office staff. They are very friendly and professional. Apartments are clean and cozy, great place to live in my opinion. If a problem does arise ,the maintenance staff repairs it promptly. Nice and cool during the Summer and nice and warm in the winter. Bathroom is very spacious. I would recommend Stoughton Estates to anyone that’s looking for a nice home. If you have children,there’s a nice play area available. And you also can have pets.

Really friendly and accomadating staff. They were quick to answer my excessive amounts of questions and address any concerns I had with the maintenance of the apartment quickly.
It’s suprisingly quiet, as in I cannot hear that I have neighbors in the slightest. That being said it does seem like that in passing through the hallways it is easy to hear into the apartments but that’s my only complaint.
Overall great place to live.
