Reid's is a family owned and operated martial arts school, dedicated to teaching self-defense and the values of the martial arts since 1965. Reid's offers personal attention and quality instruction in the style of Kenpo Karate. All classes are taught by Black Belt instructors through private and group classes.

Services
With our Kids Karate Course, students have the chance to exercise their mind in ways they never have before. Our Junior program teaches students not only the values of the martial arts but also the values of life. From improved focus, goal setting, to self discipline and self respect, kids emerge from this program changed for the better.

Great family martial arts center. Our entire family is currently training with the outstanding instructors. They are welcoming, patient and adult, children friendly. They have also generously offered self-defense programs to avert victimization for the local community for years. I highly recommend them without reservation.!!

My family has been taking Kenpo from Reid's Family Martial Arts in Carmichael since 2015. It has been a great experience. They truly make you feel like you belong. The instructors are very patient and have 50 years of teaching the art. It is a very encouraging environment and it is a very positive experience. They are safe. You feel like you can learn and not feel intimidated. We strongly suggest Reid's to anyone.
