Yari Karate Academy is proud to offer classes in Sacramento area under the Sensei Milad Yari's management and training. He competed for Iran national Karate team for 10 years from 2004 to 2014 and was also the top athlete of Iran university team for 6 years from 2004 to 2010. Milad's relevant education(master's degree in physical education) and professional coaching experience makes him a more qualified and educated coach.
Does your child, teen, or yourself love the feel of the challenge to test yourself and would love to compete at the local, and USA KARATE OPEN, USA KARATE NATIONALS, etc, sensei Yari is a highly qualified coach who will share his knowledge and expertise as a WKF medalist. From body/ kumite conditioning, to strategy and drills.

My 13 years old son is a student at Yari Karate Academy. His sensei is one of the most caring people I have ever met. My son without me or my wife ever asking him to continue going to his karate class,has embedded fitness and learning this martial art part of his daily rutine.
Sensei Milad is a well respected sensei in shtokan Karate who is pationate about teaching this martial art to all age groups and levles of futness.

Here is a great kids karate classes in Carmichael, I signed up my kids in this karate academy, the service was professional and the couch is so friendly and polite with kids, I think my kids earned so much confidence in this karate school. I definitely suggest here to all parents are interested to raise their kids with martial arts and self defense skills. 👍

Sensei Milad has been so patient with our 3-year-old. We tried him early to see if he would take to the class, and he enjoyed going to be with friends. Ultimately, we decided that our son is just too young to follow directions enough yet. Sensei Milad is the best though! He patiently called our son back to the activity and engaged with him. He even played a Mary Poppins song during warm up, because our son said it was his favorite. We will be trying martial arts again when our boy is older, and Yari Karate is our first choice. Thanks, Sensei!

You barely find a friendly and nice martial art school like this in Carmichael, I am really happy with the class and I am feel my kids earned more confidence after they started going to the Yari Karate School, I definitely recommend you to try it for your kids specially if you thin your kids need more confidence and courage.

Mr. Yari is a veteran martial artist who has competed in Europe at a world level. Retired elite athletes do not always make great coaches, but in Mr. Yari's case, he is an excellent coach as well. Karate is entering the olympics in 2020. If you are looking for a coach who understands international karate competition, can teach excellent technical skills, and runs a hard working yet upbeat class, look no further.
