Services
Clifton Veterinary Clinic has been proudly serving Clifton and the Bosque County area since 1965. Our motto of "Expert Medicine, Hometown Service" is the guiding factor for everything we do. We believe that good medicine and amazing service are not mutually exclusive. You should expect a level of medicine unheard of in a small rural community, and a level of love and familiarity unheard of in a large metroplex.
New puppy or kitten? We love to be a part of this amazing journey by providing complete wellness care. While vaccinations and preventative care are important, we find the most important part of pediatric check ups are time with the doctors to discuss questions, behavioral issues, nutrition questions and anything else you may be unsure of.
Did you know that your pet can be susceptible to gingivitis, or worse, periodontitis? In truth, our four-legged friends need routine dental care just like we do, but many cats and dogs develop gum disease as early as 3 years old*. Chewing on toys and dental treats will not prevent plaque and tartar from adhering to your pet's teeth.
Sometimes our pets get conditions or diseases that cannot be treated effectively. We are honored to be able to help you help your pet to live out their time with grace, dignity, love, and without pain. The word euthanasia literally means "good death". They have given us their unconditional love for a lifetime, we consider it our greatest honor to give them their final peace - a "good death."
We are proud to provide mobile services for both pets and farm animals. Our experienced technicians and doctors can come to your home or ranch and provide many aspects of our complete in clinic care at your location. Mobile care pricing is the same as in clinic, with an additional hourly rate from the time our doctors leave the clinic until they return.

Said they are not taking any new clients and would not see my sick kid goat. Even though I asked to establish a relationship considering I just moved close to the area and needed a new vet. My kid goat ended up passing due to their negligence of trying to help. But they said I could have came back the next day during their 2-4pm walk in hours. Which did not make sense since I was already there during those hours, just a day early. Shows how much they care and I would not recommend them.

Today I called to have my 12 year old lab euthanized because she got down in her back and could no longer get up without help. First I was told by the receptionist that I had to have an appointment which I have never been told that before for any pet. Then as we discussed an appointment I was told that there was no availability. As the conversation continued I was then told that I would be considered a new client and that they were not taking new clients. I knew the previous vet who owned that clinic who recently passed away and he was also my neighbor for several years. I have seen or heard such

Dr. Kaki and the staff have been wonderful while helping us deal with our Boston Terrier’s recent heart disease diagnosis. Unfortunately, our Lucy did not live long after that. Dr. Kaki met us at the clinic on a Saturday to alleviate Lucy’s pain instead of making her suffer all weekend long. I can’t emphasize enough how caring and personable the staff is. Even before Dr. Kaki, there were Doctors Hampe and Kennedy who were just as caring. I live in Waco now, but it is definitely worth the drive “home” for the exceptional care my fur babies receive.
