Services
Let Paradise Pros be your eyes and ears when you are away from your home. Al Christiano and his wife, Giovanna, were in the property and casualty insurance business for 38 years and have now turned their expertise toward property management. When you put Paradise Pros on the job, you get Giovanna and Al on-site.
As a property owner, you'll pay for our home watch services through a monthly fee, which will include a scheduled weekly visit as well as the FREE benefits offered by our referral service. Once a week, Paradise Pros will inspect the interior spaces, appliances, and fixtures of your home and run through a complete checklist.
Drawing on our years of experience in the insurance industry, we're prepared to work with home improvement contractors and negotiate with service providers on your behalf, so you can return to a place that is even better than when you left. Stock refrigerator and/or freezer as requested or running errands - $35.00 per hour, plus cost of groceries.
Frequency: Weekly (4 times per month) starting at $25.00 per visit for homes with an area of 2,400 square feet and under. Frequency: Weekly (4 times per month) starting at $30.00 per visit for homes with areas from 2,401 square feet to 4,000 square feet.
