I have had this gentleman do a few home inspection on some properties of interest, and he has saved me on countless deals. It is the most detailed, thorough, and professional inspection I have experienced and I learn so much after each one. He takes the time to explain what to look for myself and small details I would never have known otherwise. If you are in the AL area, this is the guy you want inspecting your home prior to a purchase!

Cornerstone Home Inspectors are the only home inspection service I will use in the Dothan area. I've bought a number of homes in the past and after owning the each property for a few weeks have always found a number of things the inspector missed. Since I've been using Cornerstone Home Inspectors, that has not been the case. They have now inspected 5 homes for me and I have no complaints. There have been so 'surprises' that should have been revealed by the home inspection. I have been able to use the detailed reports as a list of items to be fixed. The report great for working with tradesmen thanks

Using Cornerstone Home Inspection saved my family from making a very bad purchase. There were at least $20,000 in immediate repairs. Rotted or missing pillars, and several rotted windowsills. I would have had to purchase new windows, new hot water tank. that was Installed in the late 90’s.There was a bad drainage system, faulty wiring, bad circuit breakers, Heating and the cooling system was past it’s life’s usage. I think more than 20 years old. Now that I am writing it down it sounds more like $30,000. The only thing expensive that did not need a complete overhaul was the roof and that

I don't usually leave reviews. However, I felt compelled this time because these folks were extremely thorough and should be recognized for the promptness and going the extra mile for our family. If you or somebody you know is needing a quality home inspection at a fair and honest price, I would highly recommend you giving these folks a call. 3rd time's a charm! Cornerstone did a 3rd home inspection for me, and this should be the last! Fortunately, I stuck with what I knew was a great, honest company and they did not disappoint. Not only was the inspection completed within a reasonable amount of time, it was thorough and comprehensive. Ms. Judy and Stan were able to answer questions I had via phone and I am on my way to closing. Thank you, again, Cornerstone!

Cornerstone Home Inspectors did an excellent job for us. They are very meticulous and knowledgeable and they document everything they do with pictures and text descriptions. This company is head and shoulders above anybody I have ever previously used. I recently used these inspectors to inspect a home I was interested in purchasing. I'm going to list everything that was wrong with the home that Cornerstone cleared.
Please my list of things they cleared the home on as reason to not use them.
1. Drains/plumbing etc. Bath tubs they were all clogged and do not drain. Aside from the bathroom tubs being clogged with hair, there were structural issues with the shower, which is causing rotting wood throughout the shower, tub, and bathroom flooring. The toilets leak water, O-rings do not seal, and clearly seem to not flush properly. The sink drains
