I have been recommending and using Zach for over two years. His ease of availability, work ethic, and professionalism are just some of the reasons I like him. He has never been late to any of my clients inspections. He walks them through the severity of any issue in easy to understand terms and allows them to call and ask follow on questions after the deal is done. Way over the top. I highly recommend him to other Real Estate agents as a name to add to your list of competent inspectors. We always have to recommend at least 3 so as to not show favoritism but he is truly a fine inspector and deserves

The entire experience was great. My appointment was made within a couple of days of my call. Zachary was early for the appointment, explained the process up front to set my expectations then I followed him through the inspection. He was very thorough throughout the inspection process, explained his findings in layman's terms and his limitations/recommendations when there was a finding. His report was detailed, easy to follow, separated into safety issues, urgent repairs and repairs to save up for based on his description of the issues. Southern Star saved us from disaster! Never would have thought a $500k 1 year old home could have so many problems, but Southern Star proved otherwise. Very professional and detailed with reporting. The process very easy for us. He kept us informed on when he started his inspection, and when he was about done. He even waited past the time it had ended for me to get off work, so he could do the walk through with me. He went through every detail of his report with me, and his findings. We went to each room with no issues and no rushing. He even… gave us a handbook to go by for in the future. On the final report-I loved how we get to see actual pictures or video of the areas of concern or findings; with recommendations on how to get this handled/fixed. The kicker is at the end of the report

Zackery, our inspector was very professional. He did a walk through with us and was very through in checking every function of the home and it's deficiencies. This followed with a written report of his findings within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company to do an inspection of properties.
