We needed an inspection done right before Christmas and on short very notice. Our Real Estate company recommend Alabama Home InspeXions. We were buying a new build house and not everything was completed before the inspection. They still did a great job with the inspection and did find some major things for the builder to fix. We will have them come out again before our warranty is up to re-inspect in case anything was missed between the initial inspection and completion of the home. Communication was great and the report was sent very quickly so we could give to the builder the next day.

Kelsey came out and did an inspection on a fairly large home for me. The report was just as thorough as on a smaller home they’ve done for me. He stayed on site doing the inspection for an entire day. When he finished, he quickly communicated the major findings before writing the report so we could tell the sellers what needed to be addressed. Professional, detailed, and very pleasant to do business with. Highly recommend.

I did 3 inspections with Alabama Home InspeXions and had a great experience. 2 of the inspections led to a purchase and the third one showed me that I should stay away from that property.
Professional, detailed and self explanatory. I was able to communicate with Kelsey and point areas of additional interest I wanted to be checked during the inspection.

Alabama Home InspeXions Inspector, Kelsey S, did one of the most through Home Inspection/Evaluation I have had completed for me. I have done numerous purchases of "fixer-uppers" in addition to numerous new builds from ground up and I was so impressed with Kelsey's knowledge and expertise. Kelsey and his son did a great job and were very knowledgeable about any question I could think of and then some. Was very upfront about how things were going to go and stuck to the plan. After the inspection was finished, I received an extremely thorough 80-page inspection report later the same day of the inspection. A tad pricier than other possible inspectors 425 vs 375 in my case but was very satisfied with the quality of the inspection, report, and knowledge brought to the table.
