Since opening, Edo Sushi and Hibachi aims to prove that suburban dining destinations can exist in a small strip mall. This upscale spot's menu mixes traditional Japanese dishes with designer sushi rolls. Popular picks include the RED BULL ROLL, made with eel, avocado, jalapeno and crunch roll with hot spicy tuna on top.

The restaurant also sports a full bar, equipped with a sake and a wine list. We are located close to Joliet, Crest hills, Mokena, Fairmont, Shorewood, Plainfield, Preston Heights, Romeoville, Lock Port area.

Ive never been one for "raw food" but I must say as a first time sushi go-er I was pleasently surprised! The food was amazing and visually pleasing. But I think what really made Edo stand apart was the intimate atmosphere and the very friendly service. The sushi chef greets you from behind the sushi bar as you walk in and has a gracious repore with previous customers who have obviously come back for more.

Edo is one of the highest quality Japanese restaurants. We've enjoyed many sushi restaurants in DuPage, Will and Cook County and this is a best pick for sure.

Nice place, friendly and attentive staff. Sushi was excellent! Give the spicy tuna poppers a try as an appetizer - really good!

Sushi was warm. I've never been to a sushi place where they served you what supposed to COLD, warm. The raw fish was an unsettling warm temperature.

This is a nice Sushi and Hibachi restaurant
The hibachi is probably the best I've had they
Usually don't cook it in front of you but I dont care because its good I'll sau order extra fried rice and vegetables because they dont give you enough.

It was our first time eating at this restaurant. The food was excellent and service was very good. There was five of us and we all had something different which worked out great, no one was disappointed in what they got. Will be going back again.

Got a to go order. Very good sushi, rice was perfect, fish tasted fresh. Huge pieces tho, border line too big for one bite. Miso was a little weak on flavor but still enjoyable.
