Before and after pics included! My hair was DRY and it was tangling! I knew I needed more than a trim. I needed to be educated about hair products. Many salons do not know much about shampoos and home hair care which really surprises me! I was glad to have a quick trim and amazing all natural products explained to me, I learned so much!

DO NOT GO HERE. YOUR HAIR WILL FALL OFF AND WILL LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU ASKED FOR. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. This salon is A SCAM and unprofessional. There are multiple instances where the business did not act ethical. First and foremost my results look nothing like what I asked for. My hair is falling off and I can't even brush it. On top of that when I showed them the picture of what I wanted the salon told me the total cost to get to that would be $255. At the end I was billed $400 and no additional costs were verified with me or consulted. On top of that, they wanted me to come two more

I had specific concerns about my hair: the length of side hair needed to stay a certain length and how long I wanted it to be. The hair stylist dry cut it--without washing or spritzing--so I could see exactly the length I wanted it to be and how high I could go with layering. I am really bad with names, but she was the one who had over 20 years of experience.

I went in hoping that they could Fix my hair from a previous cut I had 6 weeks ago. I have short curly hair.
The stylist that cut my hair did a Wonderful Job!
She knew how to cut curly hair, she knew how to do some damage control and she was Professional and Very Pleasant! I so grateful that Marie was there when I went in. The owner himself will wash your hair and then give you the most Amazing Head and Neck massage. I easily could have fallen asleep but then I would have missed out on such a relaxing experience.

Great experience! I took my teen here to get her hair dyed for the first time and they were so patient and kind to us. When I called ahead to ask questions they offered a free consultation and when we came in for the consultation they were so helpful. Haydee did an amazing job coloring the hair pink and we were so happy with the results. The prices are very reasonable and it's a kind environment.

So a few months ago once quarantine started, I decided i would try to diy a balayage. I've never bleached hair before so y'all probably know how it ended up. I naturally have dark brown hair so it turned out orange and obviously damaged, i decided to look for a salon that could fix it as it was my boyfriends birthday soon and there was no way i would be okay with looking like that. I decided to go here because their before and after pictures on their instagram looked awesome. Bad idea. I

It says on the front door "walk-ins welcome" but if you come to this establishment. You will find out it's appointments only. And if you question why it says walk ins welcome you'll get bullied by the person working the front desk. Bullied and confronted physically. These people don't need your business. They don't deserve your business. The gentleman followed me out of the store getting very close to me like he wanted to fight me. Terrible staff here. Very rude.

This place is amazing! I will recommend to all my friends. They are so helpful. All staff was positive, polite, and ensured I got the best service. I love this place. I had searched around for a stylist for years. My hair can be difficult to work with. I just happened to be walking by one day and decided to take a chance at a haircut. Love my cut! LOVE the color and highlights! An excellent job was done by Haydee - a creative, professional, talented stylist....Picky about highlights and, WHOA looks like the sun was just warming my hair up all over so so beautifully -- very impressed!!! Not easy to do- takes years and years of practice and she knows about hair and what a lovely lady too!!! Very real and sweet! Really enjoyed the quality of work and will be back for sure! This salon has been a great experience for me coming from Samoa and had no experience with anyone and I was afraid to go to any salon. They made me feel at home and she talked to me about my hair and what they could do to help me. They have been a heaven sent and I have been with then for 4 months and love their work on my hair. I highly do NOT recommend Extreme Disaster Hair salon. The workers here are friendly, but it's the manager here who ruins the experience for everyone. This manager does not know what customer service is. When asked about the YELP check in offer she said she doesn't know anything about it and that they don't honor it. If that's the case, they remove it and stop cheating people. Please at all costs stay away from this Extreme Disaster Hair Salon! My family and I will not be coming back. They are always available for appointments because no one comes here.

After writing my review the Manager reached out to me to let me know that a refund was issued. I agreed to remove my review once the refund was received. Today I received that refund in the amount of $49.50 of the $194.35 I was charged. I paid $144.85 for them to ruin my hair. Please do yourself, your family and friends a favor by not allowing this salon to touch your hair or your pocket book.
