Theresa is a licensed massage therapist, who graduated from the Polarity Realization Institute, located in Westbrook, Maine in 2004. She studied in the holistic massage therapy program, and has a strong foundation of the mind, body and spirit connection. Her expertise is to relax the mind while correcting and relieving pain in the body.
With over 14 years of experience, her educational background in massage has allowed her to assist hundreds of individuals on their healing journey. A Holistic massage is a massage-based therapy that addresses not only the muscles, soft tissue and the physical body, but a deeper emotional and spiritual level of what those tissues are experiencing and expressing. The session is a combination of massage therapy and energy work. This type of work is deeply relaxing, working on many different levels.
Originally from Maine, Theresa moved to Florida in 2010 and took a position as a program coordinator at a wellness center in Clearwater. Theresa worked not only coordinating the extensive residential schedule of the wellness center, but also with clients offering massage and energy sessions, along with facilitating and co-facilitating a number of group processes.
Theresa's work is profound because she understands the physical body but even more importantly she brings healing energy into every session. She's 100% present which is key. She's my favorite massage therapist ever! Theresa is a solid, dependable and compassionate lady who can help people get the core issues out so they can heal and move forward to a better way of life.

Theresa is the best, I have migraines and fatigue for while now, and each visit it is less and less. My headaches are better now, I also don't get as fatigued as I used to either. Theresa also has this way of calming me and I'm an anxious person by nature. She is the best you will not find and better massage👍

I've been seeing Teresa for a few years now. She's a wonder therapist. I've had many massages before and never experienced anything like what Teresa does. She's very knowledgeable. She understands muscles and movement. I've recommend several people to see Teresa. I told them you have to see her to experience something more than just a massage. This is truly therapy. She's not only a great therapist but a great person. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Theresa every two weeks since the end of August 2017. If I miss an appointment my body knows it. She has helped my healing process on every level. Physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Her hands always manage to find the spots in my body that need worked on, and I leave her feeling amazing. Theresa is an amazing therapist and I couldn’t be happier with her, and the services she offers. I have fibromyalgia along with other issues, and to be pain free for even a little while is a miracle! Theresa always takes the time to listen to me, but she also seems to know intiatively what I need even before I do. It’s obvious that Theresa is very knowledgeable and experienced, and that she genuinely loves what she does. To top it off, Theresa is truly a warm, nurturing and lovely person, and you simply can’t go wrong with booking an appointment with her!

Theresa has magic hands. Honestly, more like miraculous hands. I was impressed and joyfully surprised at Theresa's gentle touches. She seemed to intuitively KNOW exactly where to go without me telling her why I was seeking her services.
