My AC drip pan was not draining the condensation water properly. I really just needed someone to unblock the drain pipe of my drip pan by blowing air or water down the pipe to unclog it. I didn't want to do it myself, so decided to pay the fee for my home warranty to get someone to do it for me. My home warranty company paired me up with this company. They were very professional and quick to schedule time to visit my home. The guy showed up within the stated timeframe.
