Pat was really good to work with. Jimmy was the man who did the installation. He was polite, wore his mask and covered his shoes whenever he was working in the house. They installed a new heater and air conditioner last year. Completed prior to the cold winter months. Thank you, Thank you!

I contacted Comfort energy to repair our heater just before Christmas. For a variety of reasons this process did not go well and we were without heat for many days. I gave this company 5 stars because of how they responded to and rectified the issues we encountered. In response to my many complaints, manager Craig took full responsibility and intends to "make good" on our distress and inconvenience. The excellent work of the technician Jose was very instrumental in getting our newly installed heater to function properly. This company has gone to great lengths to restore our trust

I have used Comfort Energy for years, had a full heat pump installation done for our downstairs some years back, and today had a repair done on the 20+ year old upstairs system. I thought it was going to need a very expensive replacement, and was so happy with the honest evaluation that it could be repaired for less than 1/10 the price. Today our upstairs system is finally working again after a few years of ignoring it, fearing the cost - I shouod have done this years ago! :-)

Armando and Darwin did a great job of installing my heater and thermostat. They were efficient, knowledgeable and performed at a high level. They helped me to understand the installation and how heating works in my home. They cleaned up well and sanitized the areas of my house that they touched. They seemed to take pride in their work and I would easily call on them again.

We had an urgent need to have our hydronic heating system repaired during the cold winter. Called 2 contractors and both could have the service schedule only a few days later but Comfort said it might have a cancellation and could place me on waiting list for sooner schedule. Subsequently I was told a new schedule 2 days earlier than the original one opened up and so I took it, at the same time cancelled the other contractor.’s appointment. However, no one showed up, and when I called to ask, the customer service told me my schedule had been moved one day later (not earlier). Since the other

We received such excellent service from Comfort Energy! Our installer Oscar was great - knowledgeable, courteous and so quick! Our initial contact person Ralph was also great, we had met with him before and were glad to work with him again. They were very responsive and answered all our questions as well a providing all the detailed info we would need in future. Comfort Energy kept great records and history on prior visits and estimates. They were able to quickly install a heater to ensure we would not have to endure a 37 degree nighttime temp. Darwin and Armando were great!!! They work well together both quickly and efficiently. Very impressed on the care they take when explaining the process and the mechanics behind the inner workings of the furnace that was installed. They were very thorough and wore masks throughout the entire job and completely cleaned the job site after they were done. They even put on shoe covers when entering the house. Definitely recommend this company to all!!!

Max Lorenzo did a great job and inspected everything-found rodent droppings and cleaned the area. I contacted my pest company and they will do a rodent assessment. His action will allow us to prevent a possible rodent problem. He was very customer focused and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Armando did a great job on the install and was very personable throughout the process which took one day. He explained what he was doing when I checked in and when it was finished cleaned up completely. Ralph who came to do the assessment was very helpful in thinking through the decision on repairing the old unit or buying a new one. We are happy customers

Our 26 year old furnace quit and we decided to replace it and add air conditioning as well. Erik from Comfort provided a fair quote and we decided to move ahead.
German and Adrian showed up on time and did excellent work. My garage is cleaner now than it has been in years and the furnace replacement and new AC system are installed with care.
Finding people who care about their work and take the time to do the job correctly is quite refreshing these days. I cannot recommend Comfort Energy enough, they will be my go to for any future problems.

Great service, most competitive prices and completed the job on time. Service technician was on time and analized the problem and showed me the problem and presented a solution. The whole team provided me with the best solution at the best cost. I went out to bid to three companies and Comfort Energy came back with the best solution at the best cost.

Carlos, the sales manager did a great job explaining mini split systems and how they could be installed in a very old house.
Daniel, German, Raul and Adrian did all the work. It took them a week because as I said my house is challenging.
I lived with these guys every day for a week and they were respectful and tidy. They vacuumed and cleaned up every night before they went home. They did an amazing job installing all the piping, the electrical and the condenser.
I am very happy with the result. The units are really quiet as is the condenser outside.
What an upgrade from a 100 year old gravity
