Envision Mechanical, Inc. has over Thirty-Five years HVAC experience, also experienced with a variety of energy management systems. We have experience installing, troubleshooting and programming the Alerton Technologies Ibex and Envision for Bactalk control systems already installed at customer sites, as well as Contemporary Controls products.

This combination of Controls and HVAC service experience provides our customers with a one-stop source for their Controls system and HVAC service needs. We don't mind doing the dirty work. Services
We are always looking for ways to lower your HVAC related power consumption. The simplicity of a regular maintenance plan (changing filters, adjusting fan belts, cleaning coils, etc.) will maximize the power consumed, thus lowering your costs. Repairing or replacing equipment components that are worn, broken or obsolete may be another solution to excessive energy consumption.
Envision Mechanical Inc. offers a complete visual inspection and operational check out of your existing heating and cooling systems. We then provide you with a report on our findings and recommendations. This is the least expensive way to keep your system operating properly and efficiently. Regular filter changes and inspections can prevent costly breakdowns.
We found that this unit had not been maintained for the previous five years, resulting in the economizer damper blades operating in the wrong positions. The unit was not cooling. We found that the strainer was plugged and not allowing water to flow over the cooling media. The strainer did its job by trapping debris.

I was getting my home ready for sale and upon inspection, had two inspectors point out dampness under my heater, which looked like a clogged condensate line. Steve Ledesma came out (the next day), took his time, cleared the line and then corrected what may have been part of the problem in that there was no air gap.
Very professional, responsive, clean and thorough. As a CEO and former manager for all our holdings, this is exactly what I look for from all our service personnel. I am grateful for the referral from Carl Medford --
