To any credit card processor with SOLE EAST: BEWARE! I write this review calmly. Simply read the reviews. In essence I have been in a 2 month battle to get $2,000 back to my account. I booked, realized 1 hour later I could not go, and with proven email and phone call history of which occurred hours later, I received not a single call back or email for 1 month. Over 7 emails, and 15 calls. This is a TINY hotel, first of all, but I was passed to multiple people telling me that I had to speak to a manager or reservations. I gave my number to at least 3 different people. I never got a manager or the

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a little wary based on previous reviews but the price point was nic and we knew we wouldn't be spending a ton of time at the hotel and needed a dog friendly location.
The comments about the cleanliness of the rooms being less than standard are somewhat valid - we found a baby's sock on top of the armoire and there was a spider web above the curtain rod in one spot - who cares?
The bathroom, floors and sheets were clean, beds were VERY comfortable. We stayed in a garden suite and loved the grounds outside our room. They made a beautiful fire in the

Not a clean place. It’s just pricey because it’s in Hampton. I booked it last minute as it was the only place available. I live in NY so I had option to get back home too. I just didn’t want to drive back.
Room seems clean but they don’t clean outside beds near pool. Most of them are dirty. Pool itself was dirty. Service is poor. You have to go to front desk to get the towels for pool. There is no info given you have to ask for everything. Restaurant food and service is terrible as well. Don’t waste your money on this place

I'm glad I didn't go by the mediocre reviews. We had an excellent dinner here. It's a lovely outdoor space and all the servers were attentive. The roasted chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the creamy polenta was outrageously good. They also had a kid menu featuring steak & fries for $15 which was awesome for our little guy.

Service was slow. Drinks overpriced 23 dollars for a tequila with pineapple juice! I ordered the flat iron steak with broccoli rabe, the steak was chewy for 48.00 . This restaurant used to be very good. Not anymore!

Not impressed. Never put a lantern on my table; had to try and read receipt in dark. Gave waitress order and food was at table in five minutes. Just a little too fast. Table was uneven. Just wasn't impressed.

We showed up with a large group and I was excited as it looked like a beautiful place. I won't lie-it was a little weird eating an expensive meal next to a pool full of people and people in sun beds next to me.

It started off rough: with such a large group, only a few pieces of bread were brought out. When we asked for enough bread for everyone to have at least one piece-it took SO long and several reminders for bread to come out. Our water pitchers were empty most of the meal. We asked them to be refilled and then they were empty again and left empty.

Exceptional food. Great service. Lounge vibe. Chill out music. Killer cocktails. If you haven't dined here, you need to book now. One of our most favorite places.

Service was very friendly, atmosphere was laid back but elegant, and the food was all on point. Not much more to ask for. Try the lobster pasta or roasted chicken for dinner. The octopus appetizer was great. And wash it down with a nice cocktail like the jalapeno watermelon margarita they offer.

The Good: cute hotel that feels secluded. Nice pool area, pretty grounds, and close to town. Food at the restaurant was good.
The Not-So-Good: Rooms were very small and cramped. No dresser or anywhere to unpack, turning the room into an obstacle course of bags and suitcases. Service was ok. No complimentary coffee and you can't even get coffee before 8am as that is when the restaurant opens. Instead, you have to get in your car and go into town. Unheard of and ridiculous. Little bugs everywhere, stained/ripped bathrobes. Checkout is at 11am but housekeeping started knocking on the door at 1015am

Atmosphere is great but the food came out very wrong. We asked for the tuna rare and 3/4 of the tuna dishes came out well done. The service was mediocre at best

Went at Si Si for 4th of July weekend and these guys are really doing it right. The hamptons aren't an easy location to deal when is that busy.
When we arrived the valet greeted us with a smile guiding us through the main gate decored with flowers... Our server was Philip from Ireland and he was nothing but amazing suggesting the right items to pair with our wine!! The entire staff is engaging and hard working. What a View!...with sunset and luxury yatchs! We'll definitely come back next weekend or whenever we will have the chance! Bravo Si Si!!

I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and not only was the "resort" NOT a resort, it was overpriced. The walls and ceilings were so thin, I could hear a pin drop outside my room! It was not peaceful or relaxing at all, it felt like I was attempting to rest at a subway station, but within an enclosed box. The heat in the room wasn't working and it was cold that weekend. The front desk staff brought me a space heater and blankets, but to go through that - I might as well have stayed home! I give 2 stars because the staff was nice and the room was clean and neat, but this was nothing but an overpriced

I was able to book this room on the go which was very convenient for me. It wouldn't have been my first choice but I had very few options. The service isn't that great, it was hard to find someone at the front desk. They do not offer complimentary breakfast or coffee, you have to purchase coffee from the bar which costs about $5 but is not worth it. They are dog friendly which is great! The room was rather small with minimal walking space. The bathroom shower did not have a divider so water got everywhere. They do not have a beautiful view but do have a nice outdoor area with a fire place. I wouldn

So I honestly didn't know how this was all going to pan out. I can here a bit trepidatiously as the reviews weren't that great, but it came highly recommend from a friend of mine who is a local of Montauk. I took my friend's reco and went and honestly, we had a great experience. The only reason why I'm not 5 stars all in here, the backyard piece of this place is the winner - the area out by the pool is magically lit and really quite beautiful, but it was far too cold and we had to dine inside instead and I wouldn't call the inside as equally of a beautiful ambiance and

Understood this is a particularly unique time to be enjoying a meal, or serving at a restaurant. I give the wait staff a lot of credit. However, I am giving this establishment a 2-star solely for the fact that lunchtime here is not as serene as promised by the positive reviews - especially on Open Table.

I had zero intention of hearing loud club music, and to be surrounded by people at the pool doing whatever they please (no social distancing, how can you?). There was no separation of restaurant patron versus pool guest.

For what you can get at this here, and the lack of decor, I would take

This place really shouldn't label themselves as a restaurant as it's more a food / drinks option by the pool.

Unless I was staying at the hotel, I wouldn't trouble yourself.

Service wasn't awful but wasn't great either by any stretch of the imagination. Lunch menu was very limited and overpriced.

Ambiance seemed like it was trying to replicate a pool party in Las Vegas with loud house music and horrible acoustics.

Energy wasn't great either as the vibe was very jumbled (college scene combined with an older crowd).

Lastly, the decor was non-existent as it

I came to Montauk a few weekends ago for my bachelorette party.
My friend made a reservation here for 10 people. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table, despite making the reservation. We were then seated at a table for 8, when we had 10 people. We waited for about 20 minutes until the hostess addressed the issues and brought us more chairs. It then took awhile for a waiter to come to our table. The service was atrocious (both from the hostess/waiter).
The food was good. The burrata appetizer, polenta side and truffle fries were delicious. I also enjoyed the rose' sangria.

My wife and I had dinner reservations here on a recent Friday evening as part of our honeymoon in Montauk. We arrived on time, were told they were clearing our table, and directed to the back bar to get a drink while we waited. It took about 15 minutes to get drinks (to be fair, it was a Friday night). We both had cocktails and they were good. When we checked back in, our table was ready.

As we were seated, we were taken in by the relaxing and charming scenery. We also noted that all the staff were wearing masks and tables were properly situated.

The rest of our experience was somewhat mixed

Once the server finally attended to us, he did quite well. Maybe they were short staffed. We got the oysters again. There's dirt at the bottom of the ice buckets they give out that you can bring back to your room.
