Saw an add on offer up i texted them got a prompt reply. I went in met monica who assisted me with my purchase and gave me a GOOD deal the staff was friendly and my wife loves her watch. I will have to go back and get it sized for her wrist in a couple weeks. They have a wide variety of watches and will work with you on the price they even offer law a away. Give them a call or better yet visit them might find that watch you need.

Took in my watch, which was 3 months old, and they tried ripping me off!! Donny called me, quoting me $450, and said excuse after excuse on how messed up the watch was and that it takes a while to fix. I called him back saying I will pick it up and to not do the job. Days later, I went to Ricky (Universal Watch Repair), and the only thing that was wrong with the watch was the battery. I paid $5 and my watch runs perfectly now. Highly recommend to stay away from them.

VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO DEAL WITH! I didn't get his name, but the watchmaker/ service guy that helped me was truly awesome to deal with! He took care of me so I wouldn't have to wait Ray or Howard to come came from lunch and when they did, he promptly got them up to speed on what I needed.
There selection of watches and some unique jewelry pieces was nice, and all seemed well priced. Will definitely use GP&J again!!
