Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless (ACHCH) is a federally-funded health center program housed in the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, which provides direct care services, and coordinates a network of county and community health clinics and organizations to increase access and improve care for people experiencing homelessness.
ACHCH envisions a just society, in which all persons have access to quality health care and housing. We believe the problems of homelessness and health inequities can be solved. Our mission is to improve the health of persons in Alameda who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness by ensuring access to culturally-informed whole-person health care and housing services.
