I was going to give 2 stars because the grounds are beautifully kept, but that's about all that's going for Park Shores. And after our experience I couldn't honestly give more than 1 star.
The rooms have seen better days. They really need to update their facilities; especially the bathrooms, which we found to be filthy and moldy!
But the WORST part of our stay was when my brother was approached by a stranger who screamed in his face for smoking on the property. Mind you, he was smoking away from the building (and properly disposing of the cigarettes when he was finished).

Absolutely wonderful stay! The two bedrooms two bathroom layout was perfect for the four us! A king size bed and full bathroom for me, and two twin beds and a couch with their own bathroom for the kids. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal and the balcony was huge! Tennis courts and pool were easy to access and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly completing any additional requests I had. Perfect place for a long or short stay in Naples!

Our stay was great. When we checked in, we were greeted by Marjorie, who was extremely pleasant, introduced us to the area by making recommendations, and tried to accommodate our room request.
The room itself was cleaned and well kept. We had an issue with the master bedroom shower not working but a call to the front desk had the maintenance person in our room within minutes and the problem resolved right away. Our room had a huge balcony and it looks like it's a common train for all the rooms based on what we saw. Also, all rooms have a balcony facing the lake, which is a great plus.

Nice resort but both showers didn't have hot water even after running it for a while, I ended up taking a very uncomfortable cold shower because i had no choice since we needed to check out. But what was truly disappointing was that the reception didn't do anything about it, the lady apologized and said she would pass it to the management. I won't come back here.

Love this place. We stayed in the single room condo. This place is big, 2 bathrooms, full screened in lanai, kitchen, big living room. A little dated but really pleasant, clean, and the grounds are beautiful! Waterfall, big pool, hot tub. I'm very impressed, considering how much we paid to stay here. Great value! Turtles everywhere, ducks, even a cat that's friendly as can be. I'll stay here again anytime!

The resort staff and amenities were wonderful. The staff was always professional and would do their best to make your stay a memorable one. But be warned, if you rent from unit number 242. This place needs much work. The dishwasher didn't work, the refrigerator leaked, broken drawers, gross bedding, TV's were 20+ years old, we even had to replace the shower curtain liner because it had mold on it. This place needs a major renovation. But most importantly, take very detailed photos of everything in the apartment when you first check in. The owner will try and take most of the security

Park shore resorted is located in the lovely city of Naples. It's a short drive to the beach (parking charge payable) but the resort has a good sized pool.
The resort is well equipped and our unit was spacious and clean. It was cleaned again midweek. The furniture was slightly dated but this was not an issue for us as the unit had everything we needed and the decoy suited the laid back beach feel of the resort.
The publix supermarket is located nearby, as well as a number of shops and restaurants. The on site restaurant, Magoo's was closed during our visit - which was a bit disappointing

Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. There are so many different issues with this place it's hard to know where to begin., suffice to say we will not be going back. The place is terribly outdated and is in need of major repairs. Hard to believe that this resort, and I use the term very loosely, is in the middle of a prestigious neighborhood of Naples....shop around people!

I liked Park Shore Resorts, but our unit was outdated. The pool, hot tub and the barbecue area with many tables and 6 grills was great. The pool closes at dusk, which is too early but the pool area is so nice and there were always enough chairs. They always have plenty of towels for the pool or beach. There are so many beautiful beaches nearby. The unit had an old TV in the master bedroom and a flat screen in the living room, and the fold out couch was extremely bad. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, but very old. The balconies are fantastic, very large and have 4 chairs, a big and

What a great place to stay!! Centrally located in Naples, near so many things. We were driving 14 hours on this trip, and arrived at 10:05. I'm positive the clerk had already locked the door but let my husband in (they close at 10). We were so grateful that she was still around! The resort is older, but has been updated and is very clean. For $120/ nightly in peak season, you couldn't ask for more! Very much so a value for your money. We are staying in the 2 bedroom, which is perfect for our family of 4! 6 people could really stay here though- due to the pull out sofa. There is a fitness

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pull out couch, dining room, great kitchen, huge balcony, and amenities that we couldn't believe. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is so nice, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could ever need. Our family of 5 had a great stay here and we highly recommend Park Shore.
