We just returned from here. Very nice accommodations for the price. The staff was very friendly. We arrived several hours before check in, we were given what we needed so we could enjoy the beech while we waited. The room was ready on time. The service at the Tiki Bar and restaurant was good. We were advised that service could be slow since the wait staff handled a big area that included deck and pool and bar also. But service time was not bad. But no real problem. We spent time waiting enjoying the beech atmosphere. The beech area was unbelievable great.

Though we came here on short notice this stay was amazing from the location to the clean rooms and the white sandy beaches , totally 10 star experience.
A big shout out to Paula and Michelle in the front, they were super nice, efficient and very warm!
India at the beach rentals was very helpful and kind!
Overall 10/10 experience, people were nice, location is very scenic, and the rooms are clean and well maintained !

WOW. What an awesome experience. My husband and I enjoyed EVERY moment. From the moment we checked in the customer service was phenominal. They even called to make sure the room was satisfactory. It was so clean I couldn't believe it. They pay attention to every detail. The private beach was absolutely beautiful (see the pic I took our first night there). We needed some quiet time away. So grateful God led us here. Keep up the great work Outrigger we will be back soon.

Food was as expected. The service was ridiculous. The waitress only had 3 tables. One was us. She gave us a round of drinks, took our order, and we didn't see her again until she brought the check. I ran out of my coke and was never offered a refill or another drink. When it came time to pay, an 18 percent gratuity was added. Normally, I wouldn't complain as I am an abundant tipper. Usually over 20%. However, this waitress didn't deserve it. Finally, when we did pay, we had 2 separate checks. One party paid in cash, the other attempted to pay by card but the waitress never returned. They went in

This is a great resort. 24 hour front desk, the cafe has amazing food with excellent staff. They were super busy and even though you could see they were exhausted they always had smiles and were happy to serve!! The tiki bar is great and just a short walk down to the spectacular beach. The rooms were great. Clean with great housekeeping and comfortable bed. I cant wait to book our next trip!

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here every year for our anniversary. It's a quick getaway and we just love the vibe of the hotel. Even when there is no vacancy at the hotel, it is calm. Right on the beach, never crowded. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Star gazing at night is the best in this location! Tiki bar is a plus. Restaurants are on site, so if you really wanted to you could stay there your entire stay.

Perfect spot for our two night stay-cation. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The front desk staff was helpful upon checking in. We had a great experience with the restaurant staff downstairs, as they helped us find safe food options for my son with food allergies. They took extra time to read the labels on things and find him a dinner he could safely eat. The live music every day was a fun treat and the bar staff was also friendly. We will definitely be back again!
