10 Up

I have been going to 10UP for a number of years. Jackie does an amazing job with my color and cuts. She has suggested a number of different things to try and they have always come out perfectly! The salon itself is very comfortable and friendly. I look forward to my monthly visit to 10UP!

Jackie Jensen is amazing. I lived in NYC for many years and she is better than anyone I've been to in the city and I've been to some major salons and stylist! Every time I go to Naperville I always make sure I schedule time with Jackie. She's very professional, fun and does an amazing job (plus super quick). The salon is a very cool space in old downtown, a hidden gem.
I would highly recommend Jackie, she knows what she's doing and has a big following, prices are very reasonable for top quality work.

I've been going to 10 Up Hair Co-op for years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The place is in a perfect location (above a candy store, no less!) and the look and feel of the place is so welcoming. Jackie does a great job on my hair, I just wish I could have her blow out my hair everyday!

Just had an amazing hair cut from Jackie at 10 Up hair salon. It's a great space with amazing light. Jackie is super easy to talk to and she gave me exactly what I wanted. A clean, modern cut for a guy. Before I went in, I stopped off at the Craftsman for a great coffee. That place is also great.

Rich Kollereb is the best colorist I have EVER had do my hair! First he did a great job doing a color correction from a disasterous color event. The color/highlight combination he uses is perfect--I would not go to anyone else in the Chicago area--I drive an hour 1 way just to go to this salon--Thanks for making me look great!

WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD. I left crying. You can't put hair back
I went in for a cut with Rich Kollerb and we talked about keeping my length and layers and the V shape and just cleaning it up and taking up one longer thin layer. When he was done I was shocked. He just cut straight across the bottom of my hair. No V shape. No layers. He didn't even check the front of my hair to see if anything needed to be trimmed. I had to go home and trim the long pieces he left at the front. He never even walked around to the front of my head to check the hair in front!!??

There's a lovely atmosphere, with cute little haircut stations and music. Since you're near the candy store, the smell of caramel goes right up the stairs!!! It's awesome.

The people who work there are very friendly, and Michelle has been my go-to person for haircuts. She understands my curly, cowlicked hair like no other.

Get your haircut here, people. Seriously. Just do it.

I was told by the hair stylist good luck finding an appointment with someone in the morning. Poor customer service. I guess my business isn't important.

I love Helen Feeney. She is a goddess with the scissors. She gives me a cut that no one has and one that looks good for a long time. The shop is located above the candy store on Jefferson in downtown Naperville so you get to be delighted by the smells of fudge and carmel corn while you get your hair cut.
