I was beyond impressed with everything about this salon. Everyone I encountered there was genuinely friendly & welcoming. I wish I got everyone’s name other than my hair stylist! The salon was so cute & very clean as well. My stylist was Alyssa. My hair is very dark and parts of it were damaged and brassy, she worked literal magic on my hair. Made sure all my needs were met & gave me the ashy blonde I’ve wanted for years. Highly recommend this salon!

Courtney is a LIFE SAVER! I had a terrible experience at a previous hair salon and my hair was dry and completely fried from doing a balayage and I was scared I had to cut it all off. Courtney was wonderful at cutting my hair and my four year old daughters! She was fun to talk to, and was infinitely patient when my child was nervous. Prices are decent and the atmosphere is very relaxed inside the salon. I love my new do, and my daughter loves hers too!

Courtney is amazing and has worked her magic on my hair and my daughters hair. If you want amazing hair you need to have her use her magic wand on your hair. She takes her time and really cares about the finished product and puts in extra effort to make sure your hair is healthy and beautiful. I have had her do my hair for years when she worked at a different salon and I followed her to Lumos Nox. This salon is amazing and everyone there is so nice. Honestly, I don't understand why this salon doesn't have more reviews! I went here today and saw Tori based on the recommendation of Twylla (found them on Instagram). Unfortunately, Naperville doesn't have many salons where people with textured hair can go, so based on their IG, I thought, why not? I have wavy/curly hair that, if cut incorrectly, becomes a hot mess. Tori was friendly and clean. She carefully listened to all of my hair concerns and inspirations and beyond delivered on what I could imagine. I walked out, feeling lighter and brighter with my new hair cut! Thank you

I get nervous because I feel surrounded by so much beauty and sometimes a salon can come off as unwelcoming. Lumos Nox's staff did everything they could to make me feel so welcome and loved. Twylla is true brilliant magician with hair color...and she trains her people well! Dain is my go to weekend blow out and has beautiful clients that do so much more with color than I ever would.
