Critical: Professionalism
I’m not sure how I’m finding such positive reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service from this agents office, every time I call. We have multiple policies, pay ahead of time and have never filed a claim, and still I found it necessary to switch to another local agent. Save yourself time and go elsewhere!

This State Farm is amazing! I say that because I work all of the time but I can depend on them any time I make the call. Amanda is fantastic. They will go out of their way to help you! I have my homeowners and vehicle insurance through this State Farm. They offer a very fair rate on all of their insurance policies. If you are a working lady or fellow who needs great insurance, they are THE best!

I was pleased that my representative called me and offered to meet in person to discuss what we could do to better my plan. After 3 different insurance companies for years each, this is the first one that met me in person by their idea within 6 months of being with them.
