Dr Ben is excellent. He's trustworthy and honest, doesn't do anything that isn't really needed and I believe he has the best interest of his patients at heart. He's not judgemental, always has a great upbeat positive attitude, and never makes me feel like he's rushing or just trying to get a procedure done so he can move on.
He's plenty busy and doesn't waste time, but does take the time necessary to make sure I understand what's happening, if something major needs done he tells me what my options are and gives me his recommendations. But it never feels like a sales job the way some other dentists

If you never want t get in, this is the place for you! Been there 3 times in 3 years, if you have to cancel, br prepared for ac6 month wait and hope you don't have an emergency. Little receptionist is snarky and difficult to talk to, not understanding at all. They say they will put you in a cancellation list, bug you NEVER get a call. Dentist spends maybe a minute with you, if you are lucky. The hygienist talk about their divorces and ex and things you don't really want to hear, but you are a captive audience so. As good as it gets when it come to seeing a dentist. Dr. Clinkenbeard's friendly down home style fits in with the staff that make you feel welcome as soon as you walk thru the door.
I especially appreciate the fact that although I was a new patient having recently moved to the Fort Wayne Area, the Dr. did a spot on evaluation of my past dental work.
He only performed the necessary evaluation and work that needed to be done. Geat Job I found a honest and truly professional dentist.
