I am a 1991 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono in both Liberal Studies and Dental Hygiene. Even after working in the dental field for over 27 years I am still passionate about my hygiene career, my patients and providing the highest quality care. I strive to provide excellent dental hygiene treatment while making sure my patients feel respected, at ease and have a positive dental experience.
Composite fillings allow Dr. Ross to repair an area of decay in a tooth while maintaining the tooth's natural, white beauty. Composite restorations require only the most conservative tooth preparations, allowing the Dr. Ross to save as much of your natural tooth as possible. A crown is used to entirely cover or "cap" a damaged tooth.
Our goal is for your first visit to be a fun and relaxing experience as you get to know our team. We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a customized treatment plan that provides for your optimal dental health.
For most patients, we recommend a cleaning every six months. Regular dental visits are important because they allow us to prevent potential problems, and address existing problems early on when treatment is simpler and more affordable. Each patient is different and we will custom tailor a hygiene recall schedule to best suit your individual needs.
