We offer large treatment rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Each room is equipped with a medical-grade surgically clean air purifier that completely cleanses the environment every two minutes.
We have made every effort to make dental care affordable to our patients by offering two convenient payment options from which to choose. Payment in full on the day of each visit. We accept cash, check, debit cards, all major credit cards and Care Credit. Information regarding financing from an outside company or our DenVantage in-house membership program is available upon request.

I received excellent care at Midcoast Family Dentistry. I was visiting family when I needed emergency dental care and Midcoast got me in right away. Dr. Tom and his staff were friendly and took great care of me. I felt more comfortable with them than I do with my regular dentist. I recommend them highly!!!

Dr Randy and Dr. Tom are the two best dentists I’ve ever been to in my life. I wish I had become their patient much earlier. They and their staff make you feel as relaxed as you possibly can when you are in the chair. They take time to answer your questions and concerns as well as making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

I’m not generally a fan of going for cleanings. But this experience has genuinely changed my perspective. My hygienist was not only stunningly beautiful, but did a wonderful job. Communicated very well to what she’d be doing & made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Can’t thank the team there enough.

Whilst visiting Maine I required an emergency dental appointment. I was able to get one immediately despite it being in between Christmas and New Year. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was seen quickly and my issue was diagnosed expertly. My options were fully explained to me and a thorough treatment plan recommended. My mom and sister had been coming here for a while now, and they talked me into switching dentists, and I’m glad they did. Everyone here was so warm and welcoming from the second I walked through the door, and made the experience all the more amazing. For someone who has beyond sensitive teeth, they made the experience my least painful one yet. The staff were outstanding, friendly and thorough in their communication. The services received were done well and with care. Any issues that were identified were explained clearly using easily understandable terminology and photos, with the decision whether to do further work left up to me after being fully informed. The only complaint I have is that their "welcome" goody bag included a huge, delicious-looking chocolate cookie from a local business that I couldn't eat because I can't have gluten. Hubby said it was yummy, though!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Midcoast Family Dentistry. My daughter is 6 and was very nervous about her appointment. The staff was so warm and friendly and made her so comfortable. The hygienist took her time to explain each device she was going to use and answered all of my daughters questions. I was so impressed with our first time experience and we will definitely be bringing the whole family here. They even gave my daughter a beautiful gift basket full of amazing toys at the end.
