I have dealt with fleets of lawyers; good, bad, responsive, playing possum, you name it. I have never had such a series of positive experiences as with Vindigni, Betro & Walton.
Just to relate 1 story; I contacted them after closing time on a Friday and left a VM. Within 30 minutes they had fired off the needed requests from 'the opposition'. Who does that after hours, ESPECIALLY on a Friday?

I recently purchased my first family home, with all he uncertainties, and to add to the scenario.....8 months pregnant, thanks to Jim Betro and Paula Dann I was able to confidently get through the entire home buying and closing process with ease and confidence. Make no mistake there was certainly obstacles and road blocks, however Jim and Paula handled all of that for me, even after closing. As a mother and professional I recommend this practice for everyone purchasing a new home. I fully trust this team, and couldn't have had a better experience trough anyone else. Took forever to complete the sale of our house!! We paid good money to have them take care of things and they didn't. They waited till the LAST MINUTE to give us our closing date. We asked them to complete the sale of our new house before the sale of our current house....that didn't happen! We kept calling for two weeks and all they said was everything is done...any day now. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. He does was he wants not what ur paying them to do.
